THE BAO INSTITUTE FOR HEALTHY LIVING (formerly known as ATLANTIS ATHLETICS) is a locally owned, family operated, cheerfully appointed fitness-and-wellness centre. Features include (but are not limited to):
* A 24-hour gymnasium with locker rooms
* Entry- and elite-level GROUP EXERCISE classes
* Individually advised and dispensed nutritional supplements
* Private coaching customized to particular wants, needs, and circumstances
Currently in the works for launch this winter: A cafe; a library; nutritional consulting; organic/artisanal personal-care products; and our own line of fashion-forward active apparel through our BAO FASHION boutique.
