Hi! I'm Claire, I'm 34, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I started Ultimate Fitness in March 2011 and Bootcamp's in May 2011.
Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp is geared to people of all fitness levels.
Class sizes are small, 8-12 on average with a 15 person max while indoors and a 20 person max while outdoors. This allows for more one-on-one interaction and gives it a more personal feel.
Each class is a full body work out - Cardio and Strength Training - Upper and Lower Body. We use a variety of equipment - fitness steps, hand weights, resistance bands, weighted medicine balls, stability balls, flexi-bars, transport truck tires, undulation ropes, and good old body weight.
Each session runs for 4 weeks and, unlike a gym membership, you only pay for the number of sessions you wish to attend.
