Joe is amazing! He has a natural talent and knows exactly what gown will look best on each person. He really takes the time to find the perfect fit for your occasion and will go out of his way to get it or help you with a custom design. Their cocktail, formal and pageant gowns are all stunning and fit all budgets. You will not be disappointed with your experience!!

The first time I walked in this store the atmosphere and customer service were *****Yes, 5 stars!!! When I shop, my decisions are also made by the way I am treated. We were treated with so much respect in this store and this made our shopping experience not only fun but fairly easy. I don't know why it says I'm posting as my mom but every time I go into the black swan I am welcomed with open arms! Joe and Billie and seriously the nicest people and you can tell they truly want you to look your best. They give you all their attention and make you feel absolutely fabulous. If you have a dream look in mind they are definitely the ones to help you achieve it!! Their gowns are amazing quality from the top designers and they always have great deals!
