This florist was fine before the new owners. But the new management is AMAZING! They are making this location the best of the best! The employees genuinely care about their customers and their flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Sometimes I go in and stay for 20min just talking to everyone because they’re so nice. If you need flowers in Franklin, this is your place!!
When our mother passed away last month, we had to undergo the stress of funeral arrangements and the new owners of the blossom shop were so very accommodating and compassionate in our family's difficult time. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and very personalized in every way we requested and more. They provided a seamless and prompt delivery. I will always appreciate their involvement in giving my mother a beautiful service.
