The Bridge

After just calling asking if they were with The Bridge Drug Program in the 1970,s for adolescents The operator seemed to be having a really bad day, I would think if they worked there they would know something about the facility. She was not a pleasant person and I would hope all the staff do not act that way. I was just looking for that locations and the Roman Catholic facility that was on the property at that time 1975. The operator the first person to direct call should have a more pleasant tone, not agitated for a phone call. I understand my question was not a general question, I just again hate hearing the first voice being rude.

The facility was clean and the staff was very courteous. Visited for my church NBCBC OUTREACH MINISTRY. They are in need of personal supplies

This is a good option for court ordered kids to go to avoid going to a juvenile detention center. I believe that this place helps certain kids. The kids here are street smart. The weekday staff is great, you have counselors that actually care and want to help kids succeed. I don’t think there’s much for kids to do inpatient after dinner time. Weekends are pretty much a free for all. If your in trouble with the law and seeking help, this place can help. I’m giving this two stars because this is the only dual diagnosis treatment center in Philadelphia. If you are a teen going voluntarily, DONT! If you share and open up in group therapy, kids will make sure to tease, taint, and most likely bully you. Help for teens in Philadelphia Pa is a complete and utter failure.

I am liking the break so far because I've been talking to a therapist named Mandy and she's been helping me so much and just talkin to me and it makes me feel amazing to know that what I'm going through is not all my fault I know that I'm a good mom and I do right and I don't ever want to do wrong I treat others how they want to be treated I just I'm so thankful that Mandie my life to tell me that you are strong you can make it don't let anybody tell you what you're not there's nothing wrong with you at all I love you Mandy thank you so much

Needs to be shut down terrible place kids are not receiving the help they need. Kids are leaving getting high and into trouble. The purpose of that facility pointless it’s just a child hotel kids do whatever they want and staff are extremely unprofessional

Kids are being tortured in here it doesn't help children it makes them worse

Bridge helps many people get their life back in order! Therapy, meetings etc!

Had a nice visit there with a family member. The staff is friendly and it's very clean.

Just a deep rooted love for anyone in this community helping teens..

Garbage place, the staff is horrible. It needs to be shut down
