The Center Mixed Martial Arts offers an excellent program for children of all ages, teens, and families. Students learn to develop important life skills including CONFIDENCE, RESPECT, FOCUS, INTEGRITY, MOTIVATION, and a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, all while enjoying a comprehensive curriculum that is fun, active, and educational!
Classes are available for students as young as 3 years old! We offer a variety of different classes in our Black Belt Club program, including Sparring at all belt levels, various Weapons Training, and Grappling -- a basic-level, no-uniform Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu course.
