Steve at The Computer Doctor offers wonderful customer service with a smile!  I have brought my old, used laptop to him for fixing on a number of occasions and each time he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and answered all of my questions. Plus I have always been happily surprised at the reasonable pricing.     While there is nothing fun about a computer gone wrong,  it's always a pleasure to use this business to remedy the situation.

I usually go to PCW for my computer services but I drove by and they were gone. ‍  Did a quick google search and The Computer Doctor came up with good reviews so I went there. So glad I did! Steve was SOOO much more professional. I got my computer back in amazing condition. They were transparent about the pricing, which was super reasonable. I’ll definitely be giving them the rest of my computer servicing business.

The Computer Doctor saved my laptop's life! After spending hours trying to figure out why I no longer had an audio driver I dreaded the thought of replacing a 2 year old laptop.  Steve was patient and reassuring that it could be fixed as well as efficient and throrough in his diagnosis and resolution of problem for a reasonable price. Highly recommend anyone with a computer issue to seek out Steve's advice. Convenient location for anyone living in the West Bay area - not far from the malls.

Steve replaced a laptop battery for me. From the moment I walked into the store, I could tell that the service would be great. Steve was  super nice. And, I got the computer back the same day!

I feel blessed to live in the same town where the Computer Doctor is located.  Steve, the owner, has always been helpful with diagnosis/repair of laptops I've brought him in the past, but more recently, he really hit a home run.  My used laptop computer, which I'd bought from a private seller some three years ago, had never been a powerhouse, but it was fine for my modest needs.  In the past few months, it became slower and slower, and, just as income tax time was looming, it stopped booting up.  Not good.  Of course, I had already loaded tax return software on it, and started my tax return.  I dropped it off at his shop, which is neat and organized, on a Friday, and early next week had a diagnosis: the hard drive had failed.  I was expecting to have to shop around for another used laptop which I seem to do every 2 to 3 years, but Steve said it was light work to replace the hard drive.  He also recommended increasing the memory from 4GB to 8GB.  The price was surprisingly reasonable, so I authorized the work.  Even though he had to order the additional memory, the computer was ready for pickup just a few days later, so the turnaround time was surprisingly quick.  Steve stands behind his work.  There was a very minor issue, which he fixed in five minutes.  My laptop not only works well, it boots up much faster than before, and programs load very quickly partly due to new hard drive technology, and partly due to increased memory.  It was money well spent, and will allow me to get more use out of this computer.  Parking is limited to on-street, which makes me nervous since the street is hilly and curvy there, but it is what it is.  Hours are limited, and since it is a one-man business, and he does service calls at homes and businesses, he is not always in the shop during stated business hours.  Also, the shop is not open on Saturdays.  Although it is sometimes difficult to get access to Steve, it is nevertheless worth the effort because of the quality of work coupled with very reasonable prices.

I apologize for being a little late posting this review...temporarily lost the slip That was given me. I went to the Computer Doctor for help getting a DVD out of my computer tower. Steve, I think that's his name, was extremely courteous and got things done before you could say "Computer Doctor!". It was a great experience [as well as a relief] that was enhanced by his dog who was posed like he/she was working the keyboard to another computer. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone who needs computer repair. Very Professional!

Lucky to have found this place. Steve is a nice guy and he did not charge me anything for the free diagnosis. I will return to The Computer Doctor next time I need help.

I came to The Computer Doctor with a truly difficult problem. I had already gone to another computer diagnostics store in Ohio, who ended up having me pointlessly replace my motherboard and power supply. It turns out it was an unusual problem of a faulty wire coming off my power button - but now, after The Computer Doctor's kind help, I can finally use my PC without it shutting down at random for the first time in years. This is the store for you if you don't know what's wrong with your computer.

Very impressed with The Computer Doctor's customer service. Great communications throughout the whole process from setting up an appointment, to dropping off the broken laptop, through diagnosis, and then pick up. Answered any questions I had and provided recommendations and feedback regarding my computer. Definitely a repeat customer for all my computer needs. Fair price for exceptional service. Highly recommend!
