The management there scammed me out of my security deposit! The apartment was left in great condition. After moving out, called them to ask them why they had not returned my full security deposit amount. The amount returned to me was significantly lower than the security deposit amount paid. The manager lied and said that there were damages and that repairs had to be done to the unit, which came out of my security deposit. They falsely reported to the Court that the apartment was vacated before the lease ended, that was not true. The lease was fulfilled, all rent amounts were paid off, a sixty-day notice to vacate was given to the office and notified that the lease would not be renewed. No star. Do not recommend moving there!
If there was a number other than zero i would have put it. So i don't rate u guys maintains. The orders never done and even if it's done never finished properly. When ever i call and put my order in it never the same or even the next day or two. It's always never done. My lease is coming to a end soon but because of medical issues and set back i have to consider in staying for another year which i wasn't looking forward to. I call the office from 5 days ago to fixed my washing machine which was leaking no one came and i called back again i told they will put the order in but i thought it was done from i call first the time. So this how i feel about crossing. Very unsatisfied.
It’s been almost a year they have not replaced my door! The system stopped working and they claimed they ordered a part, but where is it??? Since I’ve been living here I always pay my rent on time and I’m unproblematic. So why is that a simple thing like a new system for my door can’t be replaced?? You guys could’ve easily taken it from a vacant unit across from me but instead you chose to let a newer tenant have it. Also, since my door has this issue maintenance can’t even get inside unless someone is home! But yet you guys close out all my maintenance orders as if you actually went inside my apartment and fixed whatever needed to be fixed.
I have RSV I asked the company to change my carpets and also the air conditioner needed cleaning. Almost a year later nothing is done. The trash is the most disgusting sight as you enter the property.
Maintenance people do not fix things they just "patch work" within days your back to square one! Totally a waste of time. Not to mention the rent office is full of excuses as to why they can't get to things and why you can't speak with a higher authority to discuss the lack of care you're receiving from them! I'm so over this place and can't wait to move.
Well, the reason I chose not to award 5-Star service because my refrigerator needs to be replaced at this point. If the party can’t be found or repaired then it’s time to replace the unit for one that’s complete and whole after all my rent payments are complete and whole. If my rent payment was not paid in full I would suffer the consequences so, why am I being forced to put up with the a refrigerator that’s inadequate, incomplete, not whole therefore denying me complete usage and access to the lower door rack. It’s very frustrating and so unfair.
Thanks for checking in, your team of guys tried their best to fix the AC unit but it still not working, after they left it work's somewhat, then you heard a knocking sounds like someone beating drums and it about to explode, to avoid disaster I turned it off
Everything is old, broke down two weeks to fix stuff still not fix lots of roaches I was locked out my apartment one day this week and they charge me $50 to open the door. I am not working I had a car accident the cabinets, and refrigerators and stove not working
I had my vehicle vandalized and to date I have not gotten a response or resolution from the leasing office. Recently, my package was stolen. I am a mother of two children under the age of two. The disappointment is unsettling. The presence of security should be enforced way more to give residence like myself a more peace of mind.
I wouldnt recommend no one to this place I lived 12yrs nothing get fix the outside of my door way is very dirty the equipment inside is old and need fixing Im thinking is time for me to move out
