The Factory Eatery

Placed my order over the phone as soon as the restaurant opened for a pickup 40 minutes later, and when I got there everything was ready and waiting for me. The server I did interact with was very friendly and courteous, and genuinely seemed happy to be there which had me leaving with a smile. When I got home and opened everything up it all looked so good, with my order of the Warm Soft Pretzels with the Beer Cheese and Beer Mustard dips and the Grilled Southwest Chicken Breast Sandwich with Onion Rings just calling out to me to dig into them. Started with the Pretzels and my only complaint is that they were too salty. The cheese dip was superb and while I'm not much of a Mustard guy I was happy with that as well, but the Pretzels themselves had a tad too much salt. Alone they are already on the salty side, but then on top of that they have sea salt sprinkled on them. Easy enough to brush the sea salt off, but leave it on hit the senses too hard. Now the sandwich was a whole different ballgame. As a spice mouse I was not prepared for just how spicy this was going to be, but even with my mouth burning and my stomach angry, the sandwich was delicious and cooked to perfection. And those onion rings, oh my goodness, perfection. The texture, the flavor, the amount, chef's kiss. A lovely dinner was had and I think I'll be coming back in the future sometime, if for nothing else than those onion rings.

Other than parking being an issue, my experience was great! Went with family to celebrate an anniversary. No two orders were the same, yet every one remarked how much they enjoyed their food. Our Server was fantastic. She was very attentive and friendly. She has a great sense of humor. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name.

LOVED the aesthetic inside and out. Smart to have it attached to firm businesses with a courtyard between all of them. menu was jam packed with heartiness; some flare items with variety palette, traditional with twists for sandwiches especially. OH get the chili if it comes with the meal. Just AMAZING food AND bang for the buck!!!! Great execution of service and friendly too!!! Cannot wait to go back

Our 2nd experience dining here and it was even better than our first! The staff is so warm and welcome, the ambience delightful and the menu selections and food incredible! Can't wait to go back!Food: 5/5

Worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to sit down and eat and decompress from the day. We walked in at 8:13 to servers standing there and staring at us. We had to say hello. They couldn’t even be bothered with us. Then she said the kitchen is closed. They didn’t close until 9 and it’s a Saturday which is just insane to me. Who closes their kitchen 45min early on a Saturday?!! To walk in and just be stared at and not spoken to is the exact opposite of what I expect when I walk into an establishment. We immediately left still hungry and went to Henry’s where we were greeted with happy smiles and a warm welcome. We will never go back to The Factory.

We chose here on our way into town for our stay at the medbury. It was decent parking. A short walk. Immediately greeted and sat down by a very nice waitress. We got our drinks fairly quick and our appetizer the calamari came quickly. It was good fresh and the marinara was excellent. We ordered fried fish and I got the burger. It took forever to get our food. The table next to us came in after us and everyone was served first and quickly while we waited. Once the food finally arrived which was good, we ate paid our bill and went on our way. Overall decent experience. I think we'd give it a try again

Our favorite place to go in ballston spa for dinner!!! Very nice place. Lots of seating. Cozy vibes. The food here is delicious and the portions are big for good prices. I recommend their burgers, sandwiches and pasta. Beer is also great here too. Have gone here for special occasions and regular dinners and will continue to do so!Food: 5/5

I reviewed this place three years ago. I wrote: 3 Stars and a hope for a more imaginative menu. I wish I could travel back in time and let myself know just how much this place impresses me today. Amazing service, Delicious Savory menu that could please most any palate, cozy family friendly atmosphere, craft brews and cleverly mixed drinks. Absolutely our Family's favorite local restaurant !!!!

We tried a handful of items and loved it all, absolutely phenomenal! Kayla 10/10 deserves a raise! She was beyond delightful and extremely helpful. She was smiles and cheer the whole night, an absolute angel!
