A Whole-In-One approach to a better game.
The Golf Paradigm is a philosophy. A philosophy that encompasses improvement in a golfers game based on improving the whole by addressing each of the parts.
Each part is an entity to itself to include; mechanics, fitting, mental, fitness and integration.
Mechanics deals with the swing mechanics as well as the biomechanics of the body and their movements. It is important that these movements are in harmony with one another so the swing can stay in tune.
Fitting deals with clubs and putters. Only when a proper fitting is achieved can the body be allowed to move in the way it was designed to move. This uninhibited movement allowed one to optimize distance and direction. Fittings are based on an individuals neurological system, physical structure and many other factors.
Mental allows the information being passed to be assimilated and utilized in the most efficient manner possible. It deals with a persons IQ and how information is understood, comprehended and put into action.
Fitness encompasses strength, flexibility and nutrition. Is a golfer strong where they need to be yet supple enough to keep their range of motion? Does their diet allow them to perform at the highest mental level possible or is it a deterrent?
Integration. What is the recipe of the preceding four elements that allows someone to improve and peak when desired. Use to much of one and not enough of the other and the entire train could be derailed.
