I've come here plenty of times as this location is near my workplace. I've gotten key copies, garden supplies, and most recently got my paint matched to patch up my kitchen. It was easy and I was impressed! I had a chip of paint from my wall and with that, they gave me an 8oz jar if paint to match it exactly. The young lady wasa patient with my naivety. I was in and out.
Well the blender oster i got is not safe it dont lock in ....so unfortunately I had to return ,it can come out while you blender n injure someone. I got my refund immediately. I had no problem on return .I let the cashier know its best to report it so no one can get injured. Other wise great customer service. Thank you MS.CARRIL
There is another Home Depot in my area I will be visiting that one exclusively from now on. Asked one employee for help locating an item and they did their best to make me feel like I was bothering them. Also had another employee eyeball me as if I were prey when I only had 2 items to scan. I hope this is the last 1 star review I make.
The store is nice, but I often have inventory problems when I look on the website and try to find items in the store. 2000 in stock items should not be in the back and not on the shelf.
North Haven Home Depot is great. Its always clean, well stocked, and friendly employees. They always have exactly what I'm looking for. The prices are reasonable too.
Called about an item, was put on hold for 25min and then get hung up on. Called back and it just rang for 15 minutes. The automated system makes it impossible to talk to an actual person and when you finally get through they seem to hang up. It’s worse then the DMV.
I thought I was getting sucked down the big box hole looking for a couple of hose end caps as my water shutoff on my washing machine failed. But to my rescue came Mario, a retired plumber who showed me how I could fix the valve without calling a plumber. Got the job done Thank you Mario!
I shopped 37 days ago They told me we will deliver in 2-3 days and it still hasn't arrived. I talked to the person in charge. He said I'm sending it tomorrow. It's been a week. I don't understand how this is irresponsible.
They don't communicate with what is not working or is broken.I ordered window shades and they cut all 10 the wrong size So I got a refund.Now looking elsewhere.
