Dollar Tree

My experience lately at the North Haven, Ct dollar tree store has been awful. I have been shopping there for a very long time. The managers and employees have always been courteous and helpful until recently. This new manager , Cat, should be transferred or fired for her rude and unprofessional work ethic as a new manager. She obviously did not pass the manager training at the store well. I have witnessed many times her , Cat, being very rude to nice customers and nice employees. She must have fired all the employees who have been working there for many years who were great employees and people with professional work ethic. She is the nastiest manager I have ever witnessed over the past few months. She does not belong in this store as the manager The community of North Haven shops these and the people of our town are kind and helpful.Please bring back the old managers and all the wonderful employees we had there.

This is a large store with a plethora of options to go on a cheap shopping spree at while charging at the EA Chargers. More importantly, though, you should visit this store to say hi to Val. Val greeted us with a friendliness unknown to the customer service industry these days. Val gave us inspiration for the new year and renewed faith in humanity. She checked us out in a timely fashion while telling us beautiful stories we will never forget. Val, you are 75 years young. I hope you make it to at least 101 to keep showing the world what you have. Happy New Year!

The hiring manager Cat cannot or is not willing to do her job. I scheduled two separate interviews, both of which she forgot about when the interview day came up. Obviously she doesn't care about the store or doing her job correctly. Ever since she took her position there, the store has been disgusting and poorly managed.

Most things are over a dollar obviously and some items are significantly overpriced but the majority are reasonable given the quality. Went hard on the pool noodles they sell to fill my kayak. Perfect use case.

Great store with lots of items and actually very well put together! Not a mess at all! Found every item i needed. Very happy with location and lots of parking space.

Went way down hill! Was a very clean well organized place just a few or more years ago the staff was helpful and was friendly And courteous! Apparently management is desperate to hire anybody and it really shows!!! I won't be going back!!!!

Great place to shop. Always a wide variety of merchandise. Someone is always willing to help you . The best dollar tree by far with wide selection and cleanliness store.

The isles were a disaster girls were rude, they blend in with the store. And why is there no public bathrooms smaller dollar tree's have them. Don't think I'll be back to that ghetto

I was OK. It was out of the main item when wanted. But we still managed to get a few things we needed.

We can find Lot of stuff is available all the days. The cookies,snacks and bread are worth to buy over there .They always maintains quality food products. I like most among the products are the candles,cooking and seasonal stuff. The children game stuff is quietly new and they update them all the time . Painting and stitching stuff are very cheap and lot of varieties over there. Especially during summer ,it is a very smart thing to buy this easy stuff to play and enjoy outside. And now the kids school stationary stuff is available which are so cheap Grab them before they are gone
