Had the items we were looking for where their competitors did not.
I find most of what I need in the store. The rest I order on their app and have shipped. I really appreciate that there is always some person to tell you where items are located. I get heavy items loaded in my car. Very pleasant people.
Yes, they most likely have just about everything you could need or want for your home. However, being a specialty store, their prices for certain things can be unreasonable, In my opinion. You may want to go online to compare see if the items are more friendly for you budget.
Tonight I wanted to buy paint but needed to ask some advice . I kindly went up to the man behind the station before he started mixing someone's paint . I said excuse me can I ask u a quick question. He looked at me and said no I can't , I'm to busy . I was floored by his rudeness. He could of said yes give me a minute but no completely rude . I left the store and went to Lowe's!
I called the Dickson City Home Depot to ask about a service I needed to take care of. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable about my concerns. Thank you for your help! Edit: I went to the store after work and was very disappointed. I had asked multiple staff about the key service and waited 20 minutes before they told me they were unable to make a copy of the key.
What's there not to love at Home Depot. Love the Behr paint. One coat, done. Workers always help you find whatever you need. If you own a home, that's the place for you.

I recently dealt with two departments at Home Depot on Commerce Boulevard, Mike in the electrical department, and Corey in flooring. Both gentlemen were courteous and very helpful in my situation. I was very impressed.
I like to buy all the stuff I need for my house projects the only thing I don't like is the customer in every department 50% I have bad experience 50% good should be 90 % good service and 10 bad because no body is perfect and no everybody likes to work at homedepot.
Plant prices are lower at checkout than marked. Pleasant surprise. Healthy plants and good prices on organic potting soil and garden supplies.
