The Tool Lady

I have been buying from the Tool Lady for several years now. I always get excellent service and fast shipping. My tools always arrive neatly and safely packed in zip lock bags, then wrapped in paper then placed in a heavy duty box with bubble wrap. I highly recommend the Tool Lady! By they way, reviewer Gary Dering, the guy who left a 1 star review saying "they do not exist" is mistaken. The Tool Lady does exist. However, they are a home run business and use a mail box located in the the UPS Store as a mailing address. They do not have an actual storefront. But, I keep buying from them and the items keep showing up! -Steve

I have made multiple purchases from Tool Lady and after having such an awesome experience, I will never buy my beloved PB Swiss tools anywhere else! The owner Kyle Ann is a class act and I had the pleasure of dealing with her directly, she was prompt to respond to my emails and help me out. Thanks Kyle!

Excellent experience. Communication through e-mail with the business owner was very good. My order arrived well-packaged and in a timely fashion. I am thrilled with the quality of the PB Swiss tools I purchased. Easily the best prices on some of the finest hand tools on the planet. Highly recommended!

Have bought from her several times. Extra quick fulfilment and good prices/availability. Once or twice there was a small error in fulfilment and they credited me with full purchase amount which was unnecessary and too generous but nice. my go to for swiss tools

Great people great website. Fast replying regarding any concerns and they believe in the products they sell. Only issue I have is that shipping is pretty expensive if your only buying a couple small things but still cheaper all-together than ordering any pb swiss tools off amazon You don't think about it after getting your quality tools!

This is to refute the review by Gary Dering. I wish he had attempted to contact the business before telling the world that it does not exist. My wife and i bought this business from the founder's daughter. It is very real, it is primarily internet sales, and the address that Mr. Dering "walked all the way around" was simply its shipping address at the time. It was sharing space with another business owned by the same family, but as since moved elsewhere. We tried to have Mr. Gary Dering's review removed due to false statements, and we have tried to contact him, but we have not found him. I gave myself 3 stars because that was the current average rating and I just wanted this response to be seen. Peace to you all, please look us up if you are interested in truly fine Swiss made tools.

This vendor has been a joy to work with. It's a true family run business started by the grandmother, carried on by the daughter of the grandmother, and from what I understand even the next generation is getting involved. I love this kind of American spirit and the pride they take in their orders and interactions with customers.

Doesn't exist. I go to the Bakery here in this building I've never seen the tool lady and right now I could walk around the building taking pictures and prove that there is no hardware store or anything like it in this building and location. There isn't one across the street either.
