This rating is for the Home Depot delivery service . Never opt for home delivery .They have a third party LTI logistics , they are the worst guys in this business.They spoil the name of Home Depot. I ordered a dish washer finally after 3 attempts , all due to their mistakes they delivered a damaged product. Then waited for almost two weeks to get my refund as I decided to return the product . Terrible delivery service . Summary Ho depot is very good , nice staff , nice range of product but never opt for home delivery.

I purchased a tool chest about a month ago and was told it would be in on Nov 29 I have been calling but no one in the store in any department has picked up the phone it just rings and rings and rings . I am truly disappointed in a company as big as Home Depot not being able to answer a phone call. That’s not just it when taking the order the person doing so had a rude attitude towards us very snappy with asking questions . How does a company keep  someone with that attitude towards customer like that .

Very good store associates. Sometimes hard to find one free. Good advice on building stairs.

Home depot has a great selection of building products and more. You can definitely wander around and find stuff you didn't know you wanted. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't so difficult to find an associate to help you.

In the past, there was a problem finding someone to help you in this store and if you did, you got the impression you were inconveniencing them.  I am happy to report that this has dramatically improved.  They still have a way to go before I give them a 5 star rating.

Robert, in the doors department helped us today, he was a very pleasant and knowledgeable man. Made our decisions super easy. Five stars for Robert!

Very expensive, but have products that aren't available any closer to me. Still haven't found a better deal on tool cabinets for over 5 years, though.

Nice huge well organized store. Store employees are awesome. Very friendly and eager to help. In 2 minutes looking for portable bq, two different employs came and asked if i need help. Wow. Good job. I ended up buying one to my satisfaction.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I was planning to move my apartment stuff with Home Depot Large cargo van and reserved it by walking into the store directly two weeks ago, well in advance. I was waiting for a confirmation email 4 hrs before my scheduled pick up. Even after that I didn't get any email confirmation nor a message. I trusted these guys and didn't plan for an alternative. When I called to verify, the guy was so sarcastically spoke and admitted that he FORGOT to call and inform about the "died battery" in the van which happened atleast a day before. Poorest service and very bad team here in Rental dept. Worst experience. Bottom Line: prefer Enterprise Rentals instead of this worst store or book atleast 2 more truck/can as an alternative. Never trust them blindly. This is was my first reservation at home Depot and would be the last time too.

Had this old lady cutting a key for me she told me to wait  , she'll be back . Then she served 2 other guys . After 30mins she got to me. I asked if she can show me we're staples  we're she down the ilall on the left. I said pls can u show me ,she said I have anther customer waiting. I have a 2.5 hr drive to Toronto. She was a bad worker. I wasn't happy at all....
