Visited the garden area and grills today around 12:30. Grill area organized. In the garden area I found the flatbed carts were in short supply. The plants and flowers all looked good today.
Very disappointed in my visit tonight. I needed to quick items the website said were available in the garden center. I easily found one item and couldn't locate the other. I asked at customer service for help finding the item. The associate directed me back to the garden area for help. The garden associate couldn't advise where to find the product and said he couldn't leave his register to help me. I returned to customer service who then called another associate who advised this item is in stock but not on the sales floor. I asked if someone could locate the product in the stock area. I was told No! And this loyal customer is never spending again with this company. Nobody knows where anything is, nobody wants to assist and lots of them standing around doing nothing. If your website says I can pick it up today but your employees don't know where it is or are too lazy to take a look, how do you expect to keep customers?
I love home depot, but this one needs to work on the customer service. Couldn't find help walked all over, finally found someone and she had to go get someone else for something she could have taken care of. Found this throughout the entire store. Very disappointed in the depot!! Might have to change my big box store preference
Customer service was horrible, lumber guys playing around and talk while I watch, standing patiently next to the wood cutting. I finally ask a different employee to assist me. Then brings me back to the same two gentleman and he says… “we have like three more orders to pull” and looks at me and says sorry bud. I live 3 minutes away but will be sure to drive to the largo store from here on out!
Ruby in customer service was very rude, but I have nothing but nice things to say about the assistance manger Michelle! Very knowledgeable and very helpful only reason this is getting 5 stars
Love the option for pickup outside when you're disabled. It makes life a lot easier
Good people, easy place to park n check out. Typically always have what I'm looking for. Staff very helpful, they point me in the right direction. They come to you... You don't need to search for somebody to be helpful.
The power tool associate was power tripping thinking he was the end all be all of tool knowledge. He lied about the capabilities of the tool he sold me and didn't even pick a saw blade that fits on it. Wrong arbor size.
Chris and Larry from garden /tree tent were very helpful and kind they helped me choose my first real Christmas tree and also gave me so much important information of how to care for my tree had a very pleasant visit thank you guys!
Rick in lumbar helped me SO MUCH with the garden I was building and saved me so much time! I probably would have had to come back twice and walked all over the store. He has a wealth of knowledge. Forever grateful.
