Best Home Depot store I have ever been to. All the employees were helpful from the moment I walked in till the moment I checked out. I didn't have t9 chase anyone down for help. They offered to help on their own, which made for a fast and easy shopping experience, instead of me running around in circles like I have at other stores
The attention in this store is the worst of all in Thurston County. Not only the staff are unprepared to do their job, they are also rude. Today took me 40 minutes to get a vinyl decking planks order that I placed a week ago and it was never ready to pick up. I had to prepare it by myself and only because they couldn't communicate well by phone I had to go from the wood gate area to customer service three times asking for the order release
Not good of a selection of lights in Olympia as the Lowes location, but more diverse. Staff is super friendly, Kathy at the register is super friendly and has a great sense of humor. Pretty solid location, and their tool selection is also just a bit better than Lowes.
Every time I go to home depot is a great time love this place my last visit was to buy a table saw.
Home Depot is by far my favorite hardware store I'm from California and where I live in Amador County we have the other Big Chain home improvement store that's more for the homeowner where Home Depot is for the contractor and homeowner and much better prices than the other place Home Depot is by far the place to go and patronize for any project you may have around your home or project or commercial job you may be doing the people are always helpful if they can't get it they can order it and some of them I don't know if they all do but most of them do rent tools too so you can complete the work you're doing well we're to stop. Well that's about all I have to say stay safe and have happy travels and you know the other thing is it doesn't matter whether it's Washington State or California Nevada I've been to a Home Depot in just about every state there is and they're always the same good people good selections we had to go get salt for her water conditioner that's why we went here here. So that's about all I have to say have happy travels and stay safe thank you.
I liked this locations home depot set up. It had everything I was looking for and had great deals on seasonal plants. The store is well stocked and the staff was super friendly and professional.
First the woods I got say $10. something per board So has them cut to size I was charged like $350 for thirteen board s. Are you kidding me. Somethings wrong with this pic. The lady say no the boards over $27 a board. Seriously not happy with this store. First get the pricing right. Second when I ask if this is that and am told it is- don’t change the mind after I’m going to go pay!
Regularly understaffed after 3pm and the folks that are available often either don’t know or don’t care. Materials often aren’t restocked until after closing and finding anyone to pull lumber, plumbing or electrical is an extreme exercise in patience. Lacey and Tumwater stores are both better options if they have what you need. Seriously. This place never ceases to fall below already low expectations.
Really good selection in bathrooms tile at a nice price. Rent a tile cutter too if you want to cut the tile down if everything isn’t plum. It can be difficult to work with these large 12x24 tile on older home that have settled. I’m giving only 4 stars because the help they give these days are not top notch, but they can ship anything there and they have a lot in stock to choose some stores more than others depending on size. We got the 12x12 rock and cut in 1/3 to make the border. Can’t take credit for the end job. I just designed it!
