Welcome to The Jewelry Store at Harvey's Pistol & Pawn! We are a family owned shop located in Knoxville, Tn. We have a wide selection of beautiful new and nearly new jewelry pieces at a good price. If we don't have it, we can make it! Our master jeweler, Charline, is on site to appraise your jewelry, size rings, repair your broken treasures and make custom pieces. We offer layaway and even accept trades.

Poor customer service period. My wife tried to buy an item on the hot sheet 2 days in a row only to be told that the background system was down. Both times she called before she came to the store and was under the impression that the systems were good. An employee told her to come in at a later date and they would honor the hot sheet price. When she returned at a later date they would not honor the price. I have purchased items here before. After this experience I will take my business elsewhere.
I needed to change my review. I've dealt with them a lot more recently and today and the last several trips have been good. The staff is nice. And honestly the market is just rough right now. But I think they're one of the better places in Knoxville for sure.
If y’all don’t take care of your customers, then your customers won’t take care of your business! It’s quite simple in the world of business management & economics: It’s better to gain a “Customer than, just to make another sale” Today you lost, another customer! I definitely won’t ever be back at Harvey’s
Put an item on layaway and ended up on hard times for a few months. Also had plenty of other things to worry about besides dealing with a layaway payment. I explained the situation to their staff and there was zero real empathy. I understand the policy and I should have called, but they have lost a customer as a result of this.
GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION ! While in search of a SB Tactical AR pistol brace I found Harvey's. Bought my AR brace at a competitive price and enjoyed talking to the folks working there. THE biggest complaint I have about local gun shops is they tend not to be friendly. I don't like feeling like I am bothering them if I ask a question. I get it. They get asked the same questions all the time ! Roger that ! But good customer service goes a long way with me. Thank you Harvey's Pistol & Pawn. I WILL be back !
First time ever there today..... only negative thing is they make u wait even if they don't have a customer in line......but I gave 5 stars because they were friendly and had me laughing and offer was more than I needed
Not impressed. Walk in with my SO and not one employee greeted us. Not until we asked a question did anyone say one word. We said thank you and still no response. Not a great first impression
Having never been to the store as I live out of state I can't comment on that aspect. I have purchased a few firearms from them recently and they are awesome! Very friendly, quick to respond to emails, phone calls, fb messenger and any other way I have reached out to them. The explained their process for shipping/transfers and gave realistic and surprisingly quick shipping. Couldn't be happier with my experience! Will definitely continue to be a customer of theirs!!
Took these people 7 days to ship an item. I can understand a couple days maybe, but when someone has paid for a purchase and paid for the shipping 7 days is ridiculous. And I don't mean 7 days and I had the item, I mean 7 days before it ever left the store. Unacceptable!!!
We came here to sell a firearm and upon hearing what we wanted for our item the employee actually said he could do better and offered us more than we'd asked for. I can't think of a better quality in a pawn buyer than being honest about the worth of the items being sold to them. Would happily do business again.
