Excellent service and excellent quality hand engraving. The gentleman who hand engraved my ring was so patient as I was choosing a design and font. He was on top of communication and was willing to work with me on every level. My ring turned out absolutely perfect and I would recommend this store to anyone. Also, for what it's worth, the energy in Gemstone Designs is special. Truly. The staff is so friendly and I can feel the spirit of strength and love when I enter the door. Keep up the great work!!
This place absolutely was amazing! I won't lie we called 4-5 places before we finally found Gemstones Designs! They wasn't sure they could do my sizing that day as he had to look at the set. When we got there he said he would size both of them, clean them, AND he replaced the two missing diamonds out of it all within 2 hours tops! When I picked them up, I didn't recognize them! I highly recommend them for any jewelry problems you may have! They were friendly, professional, and quick!
I went in looking for a nice necklace to give my daughter for her 17th birthday. Their jewelry was beautiful but unfortunately all of the display stuff was out of our price range. That is when they asked what our range was and proceeded to help us put together an amazing emerald necklace for my daughter. We ordered the parts and the very next day the necklace was ready. I cannot believe how talented this team was. I don’t buy a lot of jewelry, but when I do this will be my first stop.
I've been wanting to find a place to repair various pieces of jewelry and I'm so glad I found Gemstone Designs! They were professional and knowledgeable with all my questions and offered a very fair quote. The work was completed before the projected pick-up date and I was thrilled with the end results. The workmanship on each of my pieces was exquisite. I could't be happier with the end result!
I've had multiple jewelry items fixed here and everytime I've came here I've always have been impressed. I just had my husband watch repaired that he has had for 25 years for a father's day gift and they did an amazing job. They even went through the extra effort to wrap it for me and make it look amazing; the staff was super helpful and was able to the gift done in 3 days before father's day for my hubby. I recommend them to anyone wanting top quality repair work or any kind of jewelry. I will keep going back to them for any jewelry repairs that I need.
Gemstone Designs is a Knoxville treasure. I needed to get a new setting on my engagement ring and decided to have Tim redesign my wedding set a little in the process. Really all I gave him to go on was I liked my current set but really loved the vintage look, with filigree and little diamonds scattered around. Wow was I astonished at what he created for me! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them for any custom piece in any budget you’re thinking about. They can make it happen!!
I am incredibly grateful for the experience that I had at Gemstone. Everyone was super helpful, and guided me through the steps in order to purchase a custom engagement ring. The process was simple and fairly quick considering. My fiancé loves the ring and to know it is truly one of a kind is so special!

My wife and I independently both picked Gemstone Designs to get each other's engagement rings. The reviews are spot on. I've never gotten better customer service than I have here! My wife loves hexagons. Bill was able to find the most perfect hexagon cut diamond and made sure she had the ring of her dreams. Not to mention, I adore the ring he made for me. I never thought I would write a review for a jeweler, but that's how impressed I was with Gemstone Designs.
