Michaela is literally amazing! I had a terrible time with my previous engagement ring and the store we bought from was so ugly to us. I told Michaela about what happened and she was 10000% just as upset as us about the previous experience we had from a store in Athens not affiliated with BW James at all. She was so amazing helped us pick out a new ring and made sure I loved it before ordering it or anything. I was so impressed by her and how she helped us. I recommend the store in Knoxville to everyone I know. They will forever be where we shop for anything from now on. The care and craftsman’s ship of this ring to her kindness and compassion impressed me so much. Go get your engagement ring here or any other jewelry because they will take care of you and make sure you are happy with your purchase.
I had some jewelry pieces that tarnished when I wore them in the ocean. I first went to Kays to see if they could clean them for me. After they "cleaned" them, the metal still looked the exact same as they did when I brought them in. So I went to this place to see if they could get it to look any better. The two ladies were super nice and helpful. She actually made my jewelry look clean and gave me tips on how to keep it that way! Great place!
Michaela and Kim are amazing! I’m not a jewelry person but my wife sure does like it and was so happy with her bracelet! Daughters 21st was a big hit as well! My only jewelry store!
We could not recommend BW James more highly! My fiancé worked with Michaela to create the ring of my dreams! Michaela is great with communicating as well. Before he designed it, she let me try on countless designs in the store for as long as I wanted, to make sure I was getting exactly the ring I wanted. She was always mindful of my fiancés budget too, which we were grateful for! My ring turned out even more beautiful that I had dreamed! We are coming back for my fiancés wedding band, and all other jewelry in the future. Cannot say enough good things about BW James!

I am new to area. Randomly stopped in to have diamonds checked and cleaned. IT WAS A WONDERFUL, POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I found Makayla and staff very knowledgeable of current trends and metal maintenance. Don't hesitate to visit, super friendly. They also have a wide variety of jewelry to drool over. Highly recommend.
My fiancé and I had the best experience here! I was nervous I wouldn’t find what I wanted but Michaela made the process so comfortable, fun and simple in helping us to pick out the perfect wedding bands. I wanted something truly unique and beautiful and she helped me find my dream ring!!
The entire BW James Turkey Creek staff was wonderful, but Michaela went above and beyond. From the first day we walked in, she made myself and my now fiancé feel welcome. She educated me, answered each question I had, found more diamonds for me to look at since I'm an "options" guy and was patient with me throughout the customization and decision making process for the full 3 months we worked together. She definitely earned her keep. I'd highly recommend BW James Jewelers in Turkey Creek especially Michaela for any man who has questions and wants an easy, streamlined process for picking/customizing an engagement ring. We will definitely be going back for our wedding rings!
