This hotel is at the perfect location and is reasonably priced! Our first room wasn’t to our satisfaction so the concierge gave us a better room that was clean and stain free. We loved going to the promenade and the nearby hotels for food and entertainment. We saved lots of money on transportation because we were able to walk to the adjacent hotels and attractions! The pool was a fun club vibe but we wished they played better music it was mostly annoying pop songs that were old and played out. All of the staff who we encountered were friendly and accommodating. I usually stay at fancier hotels but I must say this hotel was a great experience
It's a great location on the strip. The casino, promenade, and main level are nice. But our room was gross. It smelled like cigarettes. The refrigerator didn't really work. The a/c was super loud. The room didn't seem very clean. Disappointed.Rooms: 1/5
We love the location of this hotel as this is the part of the strip we enjoy most. The check in was easy. Our room was older, we basically had a bed, TV and a chair. The elevators literally sounded like they were going to break at any given moment. The first day there we had somebody knock on our door saying we requested icebags... which we did not do anything like that. I never called down to the front desk or anything so we thought that was very sketchy. Our last day there the bathroom lights and plug-ins did not work. My husband felt around for a switch on the plug in but nothing was working. When I went to check out I was halted at the rope by a lady who rolled her eyes at me not once but 3 times as I tried to explain I was going to check out at the counter due to no power. She just kept telling me the bathroom was on cycle and I just needed to press the button on the plug-in. I tried to advise many times we did that but she continued to roll her eyes so I turned around and did self check-out. Just not a great experience for us. Loved the location but probably will not book here again. customer service was just enough to send me down the street to another hotel for next time.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible experience with this hotel. We were in a room with no working AC, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and we had to switch rooms because of that. So we decided to upgrade to a cabana room and we had to pay $150 per night for that room..the shampoo and body wash were empty and again the fan in the bathroom wasn't working...after telling our room cleaning lady she said she will put in the request herself. Guess what - she didn't! Also, when switching rooms, we forgot some personal items that we couldn't get back because they threw them out!!! We've also requested cleaning 2 days in a row, and nobody showed up the whole day. Now we wanted to get at least a complimentary late check out, but the front desk lady Maribeth or something like thet was very rude and couldn't care less about our problems since the cleaning lady didn't put in the requests. The casino servers are nowhere to be found.. we've spent thousands of dollars there and had to purchase drinks at the bar and pay for them!! Absolutely horrible experience! We will never come back to this place!
The hotel room was trendy with the comfiest bed! The bathroom is stocked well with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Love that! Sadly, the fridge didn't work and the WIFI wouldn't connect to my phone the entire trip. It is important to note that this hotel felt a bit more like a party hotel. The pool is adult-only and the music is blaring. The lobby and elevator area's are very busy. The food options in the hotel are limited to grab and go style, for the most part. The restaurants in the promenade have a bit more variance, but you have to leave the hotel. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and paid to get on a early check in list. We were able to hold our bags at the concierge desk and explored in the meantime. This hotel is great though for the price, as long as you are aware of the above ahead of time. Don't expect to relax by the pool. Walkability: The hotel location has great walkability to many noteworthy hotels with shows. There wasn't much need to arrange rides - we walked to the Bellagio daily and to the Mirage for the Beatles Love Cirque de Soleil Show.
My wife and I stayed one night at The LINQ before leaving Las Vegas in late June. We booked it because on an app it was 11 dollars. We did not interact with any human from the booking to checking in at all, very impersonal, but it makes sense in this day and age. People suck, and this is what we get to deal with. The resort fee is $150, which you do get back, it just sucks. You have to pay for parking in the tiniest parking garage. The room was very dated. I loved the Linq promenade and the high roller was cool, and I did my first blackjack at a table here. The dealer helped me out for my first time. Thanks, man. The location is probably the best part of this experience, you're right near it all. Overall, despite the positives, I wouldn't want to stay here longer than one night.
I would really say 3.5 stars. And let me tell you why. First off, the location of this hotel is excellent, and I feel the perfect size casino floor compared to others, that will depend on what you're looking for as well. I always check for bed bugs, and there was none here! Great news. Some of the issues I had with the place though, seemed odd to be happening. We had a double queen suite. The elevators sounded like they could break at any time they didn't thank goodness. We had a fridge that was on, but I wouldn't really say that it worked. There was also no microwave in the room, which disappointed us a little as one of the mates wanted to cook eggs but had no way. The AC unit was immaculate in the living room area, but not the bedroom, quite the opposite actually. The room came with only 4 pillows, I've seen minor hotels have double or more that. The pool closing at 6 seemed a little odd to me, seeing as it was the weekend and not even close to being dark. All this to say I would definitely stay here again, upon returning to Vegas, but spending $1500 on a suite would be out of the question most likely. The views were nice though as well
After waiting for over an hour and six phone calls.... Discovered I had to go downstairs and get my own luggage from the bell hop after that person promised to bring up.. So went back down and had to carry up my own luggage because the cart can't be taken. Good thing I only bleed sometimes internally. Think I'll be throwing away our 40$ food too. I just wish that person would have told me that before I tipped them. The room is nice! Walkability: Poor signage to locate check in when driving in to the hotel to find check in.
This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and simple. It was not too expensive. Easily navigated to. Check-in was quick and painless even busy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Nearby activities: It's in the middle of the strip so easy to get anywhere.
Paying so much money for a tiny room isn't fair. No microwave, fridge doesn't work, no table to put your luggage on, just no space at all. Definitely don't recommend this hotel. They knew we'll have 4 people staying here, but there were only 2 pillows and 2 towels. Never again.Rooms: 1/5
