Fantastic service. There's no rush to get out. You're very taken care of. Take your time and enjoy. 4 courses: Appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. Everything is fresh and delicious. Great romantic experience for two or a fun experience for a small group.Food: 5/5

This was our first time to the melting pot and I’m beyond blown away. First, they called us to confirm our reservation. Asking if we need any accommodations and what we were celebrating or are we just dining. They asked if this was our first and expressed how excited they were for us to try it. Arriving, there was no wait, and we got taken back. The table and atmosphere was beautiful. My husband and I don’t normally dine in nice places. We did this for our anniversary and I told him I just wanted to go somewhere nice. Our waiter Luke came and he made the experience even better. The drinks were beautiful and delicious. He explained everything that was going to happen since we were doing the 4 course meal. He was entertaining and cracked up with us. They gave us white chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary and the food was beyond what I expected. Is it pricey? For someone in the lower class area, definitely. Is it worth trying? Absolutely. Get the whole experience. We will be back. Maybe not a every week type of place for our budget sadly. But definitely want to come back and will be asking for Luke personally. Give it a shot!!

Went here for my bfs bday I guess u can request something special for all occasions including sweet 16s, large parties. On the website u can include berries covered in chocolate, rose petals on the table, even balloons and roses We sat at the bar to watch baseball. It was a nice and low key evening on a Tuesday. Everything tasted so good! We got the big dinner for 2. U cook ur own entree and we cooked the meats for a good amount of time on high in the broth to make it tender but u can adjust the temp of ur pot, or even grill ur meats if preferred. Definitely come on thru! Cheese fondue and dessert fondue are so yummy and such a special experience. And cooking ur own meats is like the American version of Korean BBQ Staff was so friendly especially putting the game on when requested

The experience was great from start to finish. Deciding what to order was a bit hard because there are so many options, combos and even items not listed on the menu. Luckily, we had a great waitress and knowledgeable. She guided us through the menu with ease. Everything we chose was delicious. I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, but even the dark chocolate was divine. It's a nice setting for a romantic date. Don't count on good lighting for pictures though. The vibe is sexy and cozy. For a group of four my bill came out to be over $300

It's a fun experience. This was our 2nd time going. The 1st time was just a date and this time was for our 6 month wedding anniversary. It's a bit pricey but you definitely don't leave hungry.Food: 5/5

Our waitress was wonderful..I don't really remember her name but she has a Irish accent. She is from a Naval Family. Very sweet lady loved it.Food: 5/5

Not at all what it used to be. Less intimate seating, which is something we really enjoyed for a date night. Waitress was amazing, knowledgeable, and attentive. Overall atmosphere left much to be desired and it was much noisier than in the past. We won’t be in any rush to go back. We’ve had much better meals and experiences for the price.

My friend and I went for a late dinner last night to celebrate her birthday. Bailey was our server and absolutely incredible! We had such a wonderful experience. She was so friendly, fun to talk to, attentive to all the details of multiple food restrictions/allergies and changes/additions in our order, and overall a delight as a server. The food was delicious and plentiful. Thankful for a wonderful and enjoyable night out.

We purchased the teen birthday package for our daughter’s Sweet 16. Everything was perfect! They placed us in a private room with popular teen music playing. There were balloons, gift bags for each guest, and personalized menus. Our server was the best, I believe her name was Carrie. It is pricey, but honestly it was worth every penny.Food: 5/5
