Went to see Rob Schneider for his "I Have Issues" tour and he was absolutely hilarious! I enjoyed everything about the Fremont. The only bummer was they don't accept cash anymore and we only came with cash...so it was a bit of a hassle to buy beverages and snacks.
Lovely little venue. Seems like it's an old movie theater, but equipped with great sound. No bad seats at all. No seat is a bad seat! Great concert lineups regularly, a hidden gem!
Just drove buy and this building really caught my eye wish I would have been able to get a glimpse of the inside with such a cool exterior. Maybe next time! I'll definitely have to be back soon. If anyone knows what kind of showings they have here I'd love to hear about it, or any historical stories on it.
Took my son to see Pecos and the Rooftops. Great show. Got to meet them afterwards!! What a treat!! Fremont has Fantastic staff! Stephanie was amazing!! Kept the woman's restroom usable. She was Very friendly & Very attentive. Bart was super alert security w a handsome face. Looking forward to seeing another show here soon.
Love coming here for concerts. I wish the lobby was bigger because it gets super crowded walking in between restroom lines, merch line, snack line, and the bar line. Nevertheless, you could still get where you want to go and it's just part of the experience.
Incredible venue. Great for live shows. Only downfall was we paid for great seats up front. They converted the theater to have removable seats up front so pretty much folding chairs. Sound, lighting and ambiance is spot on! Concessions were not bad pricing either.
Awesome theater with good seating and a dance area. We saw Trevor Hall and he was great! They serve beer, wind and snacks.
First time here. The artwork on the walls is very cool. Concessions were very accessible. Ushers and staff were super helpful. The show was pretty awesome to "Felipe Esparza". Had a meet and greet after the show.
Fremont Theater is my favorite local indoor venue. Intimate shows as the venue is small. Brings in great acts. Food and beer. 2 parking garages nearby with free parking during show times. Street parking too. Fair sized pit area for standing room only patrons. Moshpits happen. No bad seats. Dancing happens. Bathrooms are decent. Sometimes you get to meet artists at merch tables and get a photo op!
First time at Fremont in SLO for a Christopher Cross concert, 40th Anniversary Tour. Comfortable seating and sound was good. Busy night in SLO so parking was a challenge. Hint, bring quarters for parking meters to last until 9pm. Great out-of-town experience for us.
