Great place to learn about Greenwood's history. Great place to bring the Younglings. They even have a separate room where younglings can play with a train set. And also a dinosaur exhibit where younglings can go through a maze and dig up dinosaur bones. A lot has changed in the 30 years that I've known that museum not as many exhibits as there as there used to be and the basement is no longer open. I look forward to see them expand more of the exhibits throughout the museum.
The Greenwood Museum was great for my daughter and her cousins. With kids ranging from 1 to 8, each kid had fun and enjoyed every exhibit. The staff was kind and engaging!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
This experience was overall great! They have attractions for all ages, with free admission. However, I know that the staff works hard to keep this lovely setting operated and clean so they do accept donations. This is located in beautiful downtown Greenwood and allows you to dip into the culture a little bit. A must see whether its a summer adventure for the locals or a touristy-stop in. Can't go wrong!
Great little museum. Neat seeing all the stuff I grew up around

I havent been there in years, so glad we stopped by had some interesting things
Nice stop in our day, staff is very friendly and helpful with ideas of where to go. Really enjoyed the exhibits, especially the kitchen downstairs.
Lovely visit to the museum this morning. Took our children and grandchildren visiting from London. The dinosaur exhibit is perfect for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Our granddaughter who is a Little House fan really enjoyed 'playing Laura' in the general store and schoolroom. Wonderful staff and very engaging exhibits.
