The food was absolutely amazing, and the prices are surprisingly good especially on the breakfast foods and meals. The service was also amazing. We were checked on multiple times throughout the meal to make sure the food was good and our drinks were filled. It’s a nice little gem I’d recommend to anybody.

Great diner food, the home fries are really good. Basic food prepared simply. The place is very clean and kept up well. Friendly service and decent attention without being overbearing. Not a bad place to stop for a family meal or a quick breakfast after church or while you're out.Food: 4/5

10 out of 10 will recommend to anyone looking for very good, home cooked type meals. Can't really go wrong with anything here honestly. Never had a bad experience or any issues with the food whether it's dine in or take out, breakfast or lunch. One of the best places I've been. Just wish they were open longer haha.Food: 5/5

I was visiting from out of town and we decided to have Sunday breakfast around 11 am. We had to wait outside before being seated, but there were no chairs, so people were sitting on the ground. To my surprise, I found a black hair in my eggs, even though my hair is blonde. I found the breakfast to be somewhat expensive for the basics. Was surprised they apply a credit card fee for card transactions.

Even on the Saturday of July 4th weekend, they were able to seat people within 5 minutes. The food was cheap and of standard quality. However, their menu is longer than average for a family joint! Their servers were very friendly and seemed to know some regulars. Highly recommend for a quaint breakfast.Food: 5/5

This is an excellent little hometown diner. The food was great and the waitress was phenomenal. This diner has great food but it closes early like 2:00pm so get your country fried steak breakfast with eggs over easy and enjoy. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes whole restaurant is on the ground level

Use to love going here and never had an issue till I requested a waitress we all have known since childhood growing up! It was such a Hugh fight and ugly behavior from one of the other women working there I for one will never go back and have been going there for all my life! I'm 64! I love supporting my hometown businesses but if this is the kind of behavior I and other locals have to endure Forget it too many places in Vermilion to go to that don't cause a big scene or make you feel like a criminal or not wanted as a loyal customer!
