Service was ok. It was moderately busy but it did take over 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge us after we were seated. Both floor servers passed by our table during that time. One could have at least said they would be with us soon or something. Just an opinion. The classic burger for $10 was the only disappointing part. It was extremely small even for being stated it was 1/4 lb pre cooked. Fried chicken was ok but not overly impressive. The pulled pork sandwich was the best of the 3 meals. I do enjoy it and it is priced fairly to me. Server did a nice job after we were greeted. Kept our drinks full. Overall ok experience. Nothing exceptional.
My husband and I stopped here last week for the first time and it was unbelievable! The food was out of this world! The staff is awesome. Our waitress was great. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Everything was very good, just like we ordered! My husband had the Big Tex, no leftovers!! We arrived around 4 pm so we were the only ones in the dining room. No complaints here. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu Mini corn dogs, grilled cheese, among other items with French fries and apple sauce plus a treat and includes drink. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp right next to Handicap parking.
In the reply from the owner to the review from Matthew Crosby- if you think you have made positive changes you definitely need to reevaluate your restaurant and the changes you have made. The first issue we had was the fact it took over 40 minutes to come up with an idea of a table that consisted of moving an open table that was available from the time we walked in to the booth that was also available. The second problem was we had to get our own menus and silverware and made a comment to a server and she completely ignored it. I wish I could it ends there but it doesn’t. We ordered our drinks and a table of two were sat, given their drinks, food, and paid their bill by the time we got one pitcher of beer and the only reason why we received it was because someone from the table got up and asked were it was. We barely got any refills on top of that. My mother literally found hair in her sandwich. Your servers need to be trained in customer service and obviously management needs to reviewed because this was probably one of the worse experiences I have had. To state that you have had nothing but positive changes is a joke.
Waited 2 hours and didn't get food or a refill, as I was going to leave, that's when my food came out. I ordered a breakfast burrito, 3 came out before mine and those 3 were in a different party and ordered after me. Service had a smile but overall, the experience was terrible. Also, the restrooms were shut down due to plumbing issues so I had to leave to use the bathroom, which was in my 2 hour wait time. Overall a horrible experience and I won't be going back or recommending it to anyone.
Had a sausage burger with hash brown casserole and it was delicious. Coffee was great and they kept my cup filled.Food: 5/5
Excellent food and wonderful service! The owner had my kiddos draw tickets for a raffle game and thanked them with free brownies that my boys loved. The staff was personable and friendly. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. We will definitely be back.
Went and ate in the bar Monday night. Service was great and food was very good. Will definitely be returning when I'm in the area.
this place is recommended for me to go have lunch and I had the special which was country fried steak and I also had some mashed potatoes and green beans the fries it was great quality was good service was friendly that's how you get a 20% tip and I'm a cheap a$$
Great food! Awesome service. Will definitely be coming back. The lunch specials are great!
