Hands down the best experience for Buying mattresses possible. Absolutely no comparison to big box stores. The new mattress worked great for my wife, but not for me. Michael and team supported us to find a better alternative that worked great for both of us. No 5* hotel has a nicer bed setup than we know. Highly recommend this store.
Bought the Noddingham mattress for our son and love it!! It is a perfect medium firm mattress that doesn’t feel rock hard like most kid mattresses do. It is even comfortable for adults!! Donna was very helpful throughout the process of selecting the Noddingham. We will definitely be purchasing future mattresses here!
All praise to The Organic Mattress! They have a great selection of products mattresses, pillows, comforters, etc and their products are high-quality and beautiful. It’s a big decision buying a new mattress. Michael and the folks at The Organic Mattress were incredibly helpful and patient with me as I figured out which mattress would work best for me. Despite delays in the process due to the pandemic, they were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. They even helped me take advantage of some manufacturers discounts that were available at the time I purchased. Their complimentary white-glove delivery felt safe and was fast and efficient – even making their way through some unexpected city sidewalk construction right in front of my house at the exact time of delivery! I highly recommend them as a great place to find your new mattress.
In 2014, after a lot of research on retail companies and organic mattress brands we chose The Organic Mattress. Seven years later we noticed an issue with the top mattress layer, which Michael at Organic Mattress agreed wasn’t right. He vigorously pursued a warranty replacement and at some cost to his company, he achieved a replacement for us. How many companies have you seen honor a warranty in full? This is HUGE and shows the quality and commitment of this business. I am super thankful.
I had an incredibly pleasant experience working with The Organic Mattress. Kenny, Michael, and John were extremely professional and helpful. I cannot say enough about the superb customer service. They really listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect mattress. The gallery is beautiful, clean, and neat--indeed, it felt like a spa when I walked in! I would highly recommend a visit to the gallery for your next purchase of a mattress and all natural/organic bedding materials. 5 stars!
We first found this store four years ago when we were looking for an organic crib mattress for our son. The store is really clean and has more than one brand of mattresses to choose from. The people who work there are extremely helpful especially Michael and know their stuff. They don’t try to pressure you to buy, but they do provide lots of help if you need it and leave you alone to try the mattresses for as long as you want. We ended up buying a twin-size mattress for our son and a king-size mattress for ourselves recently. The delivery was smooth, easy, and professional. When we ran into a small issue with our bed size, we contacted Michael and he helped us solve the problem! As you can tell, we are big fans of this store. It’s hard to find stores today with high quality products and great customer service like The Organic Mattress in Sudbury.
Went in to explore and learn about the organic difference, and Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helped us land on a great EOS Naturepedic after 7/8 years on a Tempurpedic. Found some amazing “noodle” pillows as well. Glad we popped in and can’t recommend highly enough!
Went in for pillows. Although I live close by, I had never ventured in. What an treat! Buying from a local organic company pillows was a very fun experience. They made mine in 10 minutes or less. Now interested in a bed since they amazing! Really wonderful shopping experience!
Great efficient service! We got in, looked at mattresses, figured out what we wanted and had it all ordered in under an hour! I also love that we were given the privacy we needed to try out the various mattress options and discuss pricing amongst ourselves. We happened to walk in while they were having an Earth day sale and managed to save over $700 and they will even warehouse our mattress for us for 12 weeks while we’re waiting for a bed frame to be delivered. Overall I loved the service and would definitely recommend this store for anyone on the market for a mattress or pillows or bedding.
I had been waiting to buy an organic mattress for awhile but did not want to buy from a random online company. I was thrilled to find a physical showroom to go where I could see - and more importantly try - multiple brands. The sales experience was exceptional with knowledgable staff Michael specifically who listened to what my husband and I needed. We quickly found the mattress we wanted. Two days later, our new organic mattress was delivered for free and exactly at the time specified. I very highly recommend this store - both the staff and products are wonderful!
