Nice apartment years ago so I decided to go back and she if they still look the same if they were neat and clean. Well no the need to fix the garbage issue. The pavement on the property need fixing. Some of the residents blinds are ridiculously destroyed or just nasty..Old and outdated cabinets but very spacious
Mold they come spray bleach and it continues to come back. Two years ago the property was a place you could be proud to call home, recently there's been a lot of newcomers with unattended children running around everywhere throwing trash all over the premises, sitting on tenants cars. The trash dumpster works but parents are sending children to take out the trash and they just sit it in front of the dumpster which means it piles up on Friday through Monday. There's been high turnover with leasing agents and property is out of control.
I toured the property with Para. She is very knowledgeable, nice and very professional. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. If I had property here in the area I would definitely hire her to work with. You don’t find people who have great customer service these days. The apartment that I walked thru was nice also.
Let’s talk about it. The office close at 5:30 so why are the doors lock at 5:25? A new worker was in the office so I don’t understand. This is inconvenient and I truly miss the drop box along with the old workers because I never had this problem in the past. Now I have money orders that I have to find someone to cash that I have already wrote on. Yes online is an option but I don’t see why I need to pay extra for a transaction fee which is basically an extra $20+ on top of rent. If you are going to leave early and/or lock the doors before time then the residents need more than mail in or online options knowing the office is going to be close for the holidays.
Everyone is complaining of mold and mildew but they aren’t trying to be proactive. Because of WATER mold is created. Bleach kills it ASAP! And it doesn’t come back. Sometimes we have to go out and meet the complex half way. Let’s not forget, rent in this area is extremely high compared to here. STOP BEING SO CHEAP AND GO OUT AND BUY SOME SEALER FOR $20 and paint around your shower or wherever the water sits. I’m tired of reading sloppy comments by irresponsible tenants. I love my apartment. I never had an issue with mold because just like everywhere you move I clean before I place my belongings in. I double check everything and even seal little holes I find under the sink with some caulk. You all are whiny babies. Furthermore, it’s a beautiful place to live. It can get noisy when you’re outside because of the interstate, but you don’t hear it when you’re indoors. Management is a little arrogant, but I like it. I would rather have an arrogant polite management team than a ghetto polite one. I love this place.
if you are looking for big closets, good size rooms, and plenty of mold& mildew this is the apartment for you! The head maintenance guy John is always in everyone business so if any mess pop off it is usually started by him. He comes in and fix things but they don't stay working long at all then they try to charge you for having to repair them again. I really hate I moved into this apartment complex!!!!
My mother and I have been here 4 almost 5 yrs. During that time i can honesty say that we've only have had one major problem. This issue at first seemed like it would never be fixed but after being very annoying they we'really very helpful and managed to complete the work in less than two days. So instead of moving! We plan on staying in our home as long as we can. I hope you like it here as much as we do. Sincerely Very happy resident
These Apartments has been through SOOOOOOO many manager's within the last 6yrs I've been here, we have Mold & Mildew problems we try to do everything they say do but it keeps coming back!!!! John the Head Maintenance Guy does sloppy work when getting the mold out he ruined a pair of shoes of mine and stated I shouldn't tell the rent office, he has not offered to pay for it.... Also every time we ask for corporate number they have an excuse... The manager has a very arrogant attitude. These apartments I wouldn't recommend!!!!!
I'm looking to relocate from Tuscaloosa to the area but what I don't understand is how has this complex managed to have a mold and mildew problem for over 6 years? True bleach would help but this seems to be a reoccurring issue. For the young man that spoke on the tenant should go through and fill holes and so on, that's not their responsibility AT ALL. I know this due to prior management experience. I'll pass on this
