I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and haven’t had any issues so far. Every time I’ve submitted maintenance requests they’ve came very quickly and got it fixed. Haven’t had any issues out of the office staff either. Kids hang out a lot in the hallways but hey kids will be kids. Overall pretty decent place to live not to mention 5 minutes from downtown, on the bus line, as well as close to all the major restaurants. I’m happy
I have been here about 5 months now and I'm just counting down til my lease ends and I can leave this hell. Management is unhelpful and downright nasty. They have a roach problem and a rodent problem in just about every apartment in my building but wont call pest control or reimburse for it. Mold grows every where I have an air filter but they again wont do anything about it. Packages get stolen and sometimes the office 'loses' them. They give extremely short notice for everything, like I will come home from a long day at work only to find a sign on my door that says I have to speak to them and always because they lose their damn paperwork or be evicted the next day. Its a stressful environment, lots of domestic disputes at late hours but to be honest my neighbors are far more pleasant and helpful than the management working here. The apartments are cheap-ish I guess but aren't even worth the price you pay for them. I'd opt for somewhere more expensive that actually cares about the place they own and not a slum. They have a lot of vacancies right now but dont be lured in, theres a reason no one stays.
Do. Not. Live. Here. Unless you want to get shot. Drivebys, shootings, stabbings happened with depressing regularity. Police were there three times in one week once. And cockroaches. So many cockroaches. And management that leaves you without heat for months in the winter - remember the Nashville snowmaggeddon a couple years back? Had no heat for that. Eight inches of snow on the ground, and my apartment was 40 degrees for weeks. I moved out with it still broken, weather changing to summer apartment now 80 degrees with - surprise - no air. If the horror story of living there wasn't enough, they ruined my credit. Again, TWO YEARS after living there, I check my credit report which I do once a week and there's a brand new derogatory mark - they decided I owed them $600 and sent it to a collections agency. I owed them no money, my rent was always paid, and when I moved out I was in such a hurry to get out of there I never even took back my security deposit, so technically they still have money of mine. In the two years that passed between then and now, I received no phone calls, emails, regular mail, nothing. Fraudulent as hell.
I currently live here and it is HORRIBLE I have been here for a year n going on another one because I couldn’t find anywhere for me and my son to go. It is INFESTED with mice they tear holes in my trash bags under the sink they bite through my detergent they poop all in the drawers I am trying to find a way to get out of my lease. I am 8months pregnant and have a 4yr old son that I have to walk almost a mile to get to my apartment because parking is TERRIBLE sometimes I have to get dropped off at home because they will tow your car QUICKLY rather you have a parking pass or not. I get off at 12am and the manager except for me n my son to walk all the way from the entrance to the apartment NO MA’AM my rent has gone up to 850 a month and it’s not worth it being that I can’t even come home and find a parking spot. It’s very trashy by my apartment with then evicting people n leaving the stuff outside for weeks at a time. I can’t sleep at night because I have to keep checking to make sure my car is there when I wake up. It has been several shootings. They cut your heat off in the summer and air off in the winter because they rigged it up. These apartments are horrible and need to be tore down!!!! They have their picks of who cars they will not tow friends or family they let they friends park wherever it’s cars that sits in one spot months at a time but nothing happens to the car. I can’t wait until management don’t have anywhere to park so I can tell her to walk a mile with her kids to their apartment I am very fed up with these apartments I have so many pictures of the parking areas, the junk from people moving, rat poop everywhere hopefully I can find a way to get out of my lease because it’s too small for me and my kids. They come in your apartment all the time for inspections. They complain when your kids are playing n running back n forth outside. You can’t sit outside as they say. IF YOU DONT HAVE TO MOVE HERE STAY FARRRRR AWAY. THESE ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO LIVE IN!!!! I had problems with management going in my mailbox writing on my mail and sending it back once I said something to her about it all of a sudden I started back receiving mail. ZEROOOOOO STARS
ill give them a 3 seeing that i do have somewhere to live and i am thankful for that until i can do better but that does not give the owner the right to treat people as if we are beneath her she drives the white Tesla the office manager was rude when she first got the jobshe had a lot to clean up as far as old bill balance and other non sense so i can kind of understand but since she has came around . the apartment is very old has a smell the units has bugs very bad . before i moved to the apartments formally know as Litton apartments my sister lived there and she had mice , bed bugs , i mean her whole building had bedbugs but when you asked they will say no but trust they do . but i baited my unite down with moth balls and combat and i don't have the bug issues . the rent increased which should have decreased , they tow all the time i heard and they do not care if you have a sticker or not so i get home before 8pm to avoid having to park at the auto zone and walk home , also during holidays they will send a sms out to tell you hey its the holidays towing will be in full force lol so that means no holiday visitors. they closed the main entrance and made everyone have to go threw the back , so there is only a one way in and out and if they catch you on the other property that they built then they will evict you and send you to jail for trespassing!!! if you live in the apartments they treat you like the apartments look !! but hey im have a plan i was once homeless and i will soon be moving so hey thanks PARK AT 5 POINTS FOR HAVING!!!
Staff is nice and helpful. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Been living here 7 years. As with anything...you gotta take the good with the bad. There's more good than bad here though. I'm thankful for a place to live!
God is good all the time. I'm blessed with a roof over my head and my children are near. The park at five points needs improvements but what doesn't so please put God first in everything we do and he will make a way. Stay blessed this holiday season.
We've been here about five years and it's pretty cool. Haven't really had any problems and we understand that they are working on changing things so we are looking forward to the progress and way this place will become.
Terrible this place isn't worth 750 for a 1 bedroom. Just because condos are being built around it doesn't mean that you should raise the price. Its still the hood , and always will be your prices eau to high you need to it
Everything to me is good. I like living here . I love my neighbors. The maintenance and manager are nice folks.
