Additionally, we offer custom orthotics made on site as well as premade orthotics for optimal supportive additions to any shoe. BUYER BEWARE! Unfortunately, the favorable reviews fail to mention their egregious policy of not refunding your money under any circumstances. Once paid for, all they offer is store credit. I returned a pair of shoes FOUR hours after purchase, having found that they were duplicates, and was offered nothing but store credit, even though they had not been worn and were still in the box. This isn't retail, this is unconscionable behavior.
These guys know their shoes! James is the best! I have always bought my shoes from Shoe Warehouse Naples because they have the best selection around.
Excellent selection of shoes and sneakers. The staff is very attentive. It's so nice to have that one on one attention and have people who know what they are doing.

Great selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. My wife and I have recently purchased 5 pairs of shoes there. There return policy is well marked and they clearly do not give refunds; only store credit. Take your shoes home and walk in them inside and if they don't work, try another pair. Are they expensive? Yes. If you go to the cash register without knowing the price, that is not the fault of the store as they will gladly tell you prices on everything. If you want good shoes, go there. If you want cheap shoes with no service, there are lots of stores that will take your money. You get what you pay for and should be a knowledgeable consumer. Great store!
Buyer BEWARE. I was talked into buying 300 dollar shoes and told: A That my shoes would not ever show dirt on the soles due to being made in Italy and the quality being superior and that B If they did show dirt that I would get my shoes cleaned free of charge as many times as I want by the maker mephisto So I just walked in and brought my shoes in and asked the people to honor the warranty and they said there is none. On top of that they said if I wanted to send in my shoes to get cleaned they'd cost 70 dollars. They said I cannot return the shoes either. And then on top of that, the saleswoman who talked me into the shoes in the first place, lied to my face saying she never said those things and the owner got confrontational toward me. I ended up blessing them in the name of Jesus before I left because that is who I am. I am never coming back to buy shoes from this place. These people are rude to customers and will lie straight to your face just to get a sale.
Staff was helpful. Staff also made it clear about their political beliefs on entry at the front door. This was not a welcoming and open feeling. Too bad how many people have a hard time respecting each other's differences.
Customer service was great. The shoe quality was absolutely 5 stars love my new heels and tennis shoe

Went in to buy a pair of Mephisto tennis shoes, and was rudely told to wear a mask. These people have no clue Stay away !
