At the Spin and Pain Institute, we believe in a multi-specialty approach to our patient's pain. We offer pain management, non-operative spine care, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, interventional pain procedures, and nutritional services all under one roof. All of our healthcare providers work closely with you, each other, and your primary care physician to ensure the highest level communication.

We Treat both acute and chronic pain conditions such as : neck & back pain, disc herniations, sciatica, soft tissue & joint pain, post herpetic neuralgia (shingles), fibromyalgia, headaches, and work & sports injuries. We specialize in the management of worker's compensation claims.

We ACCEPT most commercial Medical Insurance Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and claims from the Bureau of Worker's Compensation. Please call our office for further questions regarding your insurance.

This is the most professional office that has the most outstanding staff! An id like to mention a few names that make me smile each an every time I come. Let me start at the front desk, Jessica h and Bonnie L, they are always waiting with a smile an a compliment. Then Stephanie c. She is just the best as well always positive an happy. Wears a smile all the time as well. Maggie f is just as awesome as well. Then the whole reason I come all thou I love the girls an they are a big part of why I keep coming back dr. Leone is such a great doctor! He’s informative an will explain precisely what he is doing an how it will work. The care I receive here is outstanding. This is one appointment that I enjoy coming to once/twice a week. An the results I see from doctor Leone care is above anything I have ever received. Thanks for having a great team at the pain an spine clinic , it’s a team like that that helps change life’s!
Dr Metha does care about you if you're under the age of 60. I've already worn through a significant amount of bone and cartilage in my knees to the point where im not comfortable with injections since i know that they thin the bone/cartilage out each time you get them. I asked for painkillers and she flat out told me she wont prescribed them to anyone under the age of 60. In her head you apparently cant feel pain until you're over the age. I then told to take ibuprofen even after I explained to her that I have stomach issues and when I take ibuprofen periodically it makes my stomach bleed, she either didn't care or did not believe me. She also wanted me to get new x-rays and MRI'S because she "does like to communicate with other doctors." That was her response when I told her I already had x-rays and MRI'S on file with another doctor and asked her to contact them, but no she'd rather I unnecessarily spend hundreds on new scans. After that I asked about knee replacements and she said that i need to wait until im older, my arthritis is already so bad the i can barely get around and am in constant pain and you want me to wait another 30 years until it gets fixed? Im sick of being discriminated against because of my age and I don't know how much more I can take.
Unbelievable lack of patient service. No one answers the phone. A consult from my physician was not answered for over a week until I called again. This is not a good observation for the world renowned Cleveland Clinic. World renowned? Not this place. More than disappointing.
So glad I moved on to a different pain clinic that takes a holistic view of pain management. Dr Mehta told there was no way for me to get injections in my knee without dye, which I can't have because I have kidney failure. I've now had several injections in my knee at the new place with ultrasound guidance. Then one day I showed up at her office crying in pain, barely able to walk because my knee was so inflamed. She said there was nothing she would do for me, not even give me a cortisone shot, and then left the room and told me I could leave when I stopped crying. I have words for her but I won't put them on the world wide Web. This review should stand for itself.
Dr. Mehta is amazing! She is super-nice and friendly. She listens to your concerns and I trust her completely!
The Spine and Pain Institute has helped me so much with my neck and shoulder pain! I was in severe pain before receiving treatment from Dr. Mehta, Dr. Leone, and their staff. By working with them and following their exercises and stretches I am almost pain free. I highly recommend The Spine and Pain Institute!!
Dr. Mehta is wonderful. She takes the time to get to know you and genuinely cares about your pain/health. I highly recommend her and the kind nurses and assistants at the clinic.
Went to see Dr Metha's for back pain that is reoccurring and she has been helpful with me getting back injections !!!! This keeps me from surgery !!! The office is great !! She has Karen who I saw yesterday and she does my follow-ups after the injections !! But all the staff there and at the office across the street where the procedures are awesome !! Great group of people like Dr Metha's is as well !!!They are kind ,helpful ,caring,but.have a great interaction with patients as well !!!!
I really wish I could give Western Reserve Spine and pain 10 stars. I have had back problems for years now . I am a 43 year old Marine Corp Veteran that's been working in the construction field for 20 + years. I couldn't find anything that what just give me some relief for my lower back . Until I went outside of the V. A. and started seeing Dr. Mahmood and Dr. Leone. Who are very well known experts and who I want to thank. They care a great deal about their patients . I was very impressed by both Dr.'s . Dr. Mahmood and Dr Leone and their teams of Specialist. Amazing job and they well help you for whatever the reason . Most importantly they won't just blow you off and go through the routines . Really looking forward to my next visits . Want to say thank you again and excellent job .
Started at the Spine and Pain Institute at the Green Location a month ago. My experience with Dr. McIntyre has been great. He discusses multiple treatment options with you and treats you like part of the team - not just the patient. So far he has done 2 cervical ESI. They have not been very effective, but that is not his fault. The good thing about this is that he in not stopping here. We are discussing different treatment options and have agreed on a plan moving forward. Also he understands that sometimes insurance plans can be problematic and he does his best to work with you. Staff is great. Deserves a 5 star review for my experience so far. I will update as my treatment progresses.
