The facility was clean & bright & a positive environment. The staff was kind, helpful & pleasant. The PT & OT was there everyday to help me get better & stronger so that I could get home soon. We had one issue with the call light button but when I addressed it to the administrator he was very quick to fix the issue! I would recommend The Springs Rehabilitation Center to others for sure.
This place is absolutely fantastic. All of the workers love the people and serve with extreme kindness. It is a very clean facility. The staff are attentive and professional. The nurses, PT, OT and speech therapists were all so patient and kind. The CNA’s were outstanding!!! The servers and activity dining area are some of the nicest and most patient people I have ever met. They made my mom’s experience incredible. I will never forget all the love and kindness shown to me and my family. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
The Springs is the cleanest, brightest, most cheerful place for you to stay to recover before returning to home from hospital.. The staff members are friendly, eager to assist, knowledgeable, and try make you comfortable. The individual staff members call you by name with a smile even at 2am.. Medical assistance is on call without delay, Every staff member greets you with a smile You will be.amazed with the individual attention you will receive This Spring is truly prepared to help you return home ready to live perform your own needs. The dining room is a happy place where you are treated by smiling hosts who seat you and quickly prepare you to receive tasteful appetizers and meals. The Spring facility is a premium place to get well and feel better before going home. Here you can plan a recovery with skilled professionals.
I've had negative experiences with other facilities when my mother needed to stay and recover after an illness. This time my father-in-law needed a place to recover. The Springs has the best staff. The are very professional and friendly. They made him feel comfortable which made me feel comfortable leaving him there. It's beautiful and clean. I can't say enough about the staff. They were very attentive and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this place.
We were positively impress by the organization of the building, especially the therapy room and the therapist. Marci Armsby the front desk Lady is the most friendly helpful kind person, we all love her. For my sister that was the patient , the staff for the most part were very professional and nice but the waiting for anything done in her case was sometimes 2 hours and that is a unacceptable.
My Mom went to Springs Health and rehab after a heart bi pass. This facility was very nice and clean! The faculty from case workers, social workers, Game Activities coordinator, Nurses, CNA’s were AMAZING! They really made you feel at home and went out of their way to make sure my mom was taken care of in her needs! I went home every day with comfort in my heart that I new my was going to be okay in their hands! I would highly recommend this place if anyone is in need of care or Rehab!
The CNA’s were great! They worked their tails off! The LVN’s also were diligent & truly cared about you! Physical therapy rocked! Dylan & Martin made my recovery easy & beneficial with their tips for home! Kayla went above & beyond in getting me a potty chair when the company dropped the ball on delivery, Kayla went & picked it up. The only bad thing was Joshua & the food! He couldn’t get me a renal diet to save his life. Idk who built the trays of food but they weren’t knowledgeable in renal diets
Ok first and foremost, most of the nursing staff was great. The one star review is do to the administrator staff. On discharge day I received a call from the spring saying they forgot to give me my father’s his medication. So I had to drive back and pick that up. Then we arrived at my fathers new residence a boarding care to find out that none of the G tube formula has been delivered. So to summarize discharge he walked out the door with none medication and no life sustaining food supplies. all the is after the kiser case manager told me it was handled. I called the medical supplier Apria and was told it will be delivered in 3 to 4 business days. This was on a Friday, so the administration staff must be ok with my father not receiving any nutrition for a week.
My father is 96 and he's been at the Springs for approximately 45 days, and I know he is receiving xlnt care. Staff keeps me updated regularly. And he never fails to mention the nursing and physical therapy staff,.as well as the quality of food. Thank you to all.
This is a very nice facility with a helpful and friendly staff. They helped my mom for 3 ½ weeks to get strong enough to return home. The physical therapy was very good, but only once a day. More often would have been better.
