Tony and Michael are very helpful, they go over and beyond to help customers, so far this is the most stress free experience I’ve had going to a UPS store, they have great customer service skills both of them.
Award winning service with a smile. Guys like Tony and Michael are equipped to handle everything quickly and efficiently every time. Combine that with their great customer service and you have a recipe for success. I always come to this location for my packaging needs because of employees like them.
Shipped an item 2 pairs of new sneakers in October 2021 and the package was lost by UPS. Submitted a Claim which was approved months ago, but store refuses to pay the claim. Corporate said they’ve mailed the check to the store. I’ve come to the store multiple times personally, The manager Michael says he will look into it and call me but hasn’t called in a couple of months.. 1 year later I still have no items and no refund. Do not use this store for shipping under any circumstances!
Called to confirm that they take passport photos, which they did. Stand in line for 20mins to get to the cashier, to find out that 3 of the 4 employees there weren’t even aware that the location they work at takes passport photos. The one employee aware that they provide this service proceeds to take 10mins to get everything for the photo, to find out that they are out of ink and that they can’t take my photo. The staff in this location were very unprofessional and unprepared, they left a really bad impression and made me waste my time.
I love this store even when I am closer to other locations I will drive to this one. Jaime and her team always go over and beyond to help!

Shipped photo products to my client from this location and this is how they arrived to my client. Horribly damaged and unusable. The person I spoke with at this location tried to insinuate it was my packaging but that is not the case. I received this package from my professional printing lab via UPS in perfect condition. I do quality assurance on my products, reseal in the same exact packaging, and then ship to my clients. This is not a case of poor packaging on my part, but on poor handling by UPS. The UPS store employee said she was filing my claim today and it would take 7-10 days just for a UPS worker to visit my client and inspect the packaging in order to verify the claim. Absolutely disappointed in how my package was handled, the lengthy process to rectify the situation, and have lost trust in UPS for my shipping needs. I will update my review and star rating, if applicable, once the issue has reached a resolution.
Came in to do a notary and Amazon return. Staff was great; made everything understandable. Amazon returns were easy. Mike, Brianna, and Brendan were all so sweet.
Excellent customer service, Jaime was very patient and helpful getting all my needs sorted out.
