After a bad experience at a UPS down the street I came directly to this one instead.  I’m 8 months pregnant and had two returns for big heavy packages, which were turned away at the other location because the tape “wasn’t sturdy enough” so they insisted I pay $5, with attitudes and no apologies.  When I came into this one, immediately staff offered to help me carry the boxes to the counter and greeted me so friendly. I brought in my roll of tape and said I’d try to tape it better but they said to not even worry about it they can tape whatever is needed. They were kind, and so quick and efficient.  I will only ever go to this UPS for now on. Thanks so much for your help today!

I have done many things with the great people at this location. They have printed posters and documents, they have done notaries, they have packed and shipped many items for me. I have read through the reviews and I understand that most of the negative reviews come from people who were probably having a bad day at the same time as the person they dealt with and were then completely non-understanding. Everyone at this location has always gone out of their way to help me, to be not only courteous but friendly. I drive by several other UPS Stores in order to do my business with these folks; and I there are many other people who are consistently doing the same. If you have had a bad experience, don't just whine about it online, go talk with them at the store. They will be pleased to help correct their mistakes and do whatever they can to help you with your needs. These people truly care about the community in which they live and work!

This store is GREAT! The people here are far more competent, personable and ready to serve than ANY other UPS Store I have used. In fact, when I have needed notaries other store have said they would not do them and advised me to come to this store! I LOVE these guys!

This store probably does a lot of things great, but notarizing documents isn't one of them. Look, it's not fun for us either - but the guy acted like we were putting him out. I had called ahead about an appointment and was told come in anytime. Along with not being very friendly, he was not thorough at all.  Luckily we went back through the pages before we left and had to point out multiple items including a missed stamp, dates, county, check box. We wished we didn't have to spend $75, but our bank doesn't notarize these types of documents.  Look for another option!  UPDATE: After sending the documents to our attorney, we got this back: The notary forgot to complete the notarial certificate at the end of your health care advance directive.  Nice.

Alex did a great job today setting us up with a private mailbox at the UPS store. So much nicer dealing with them than the horrible post office we had tried twice before. Thanks again Alex for your help!

Walked in here todayJune 13th 2022 to open a new Mailbox. Older lady blue eyes very unwelcoming greeted me with " WHAT DO YOU NEED"  I responded " what do I need" ? She said yes. Anyway I said I wanted to open a business and also personal mailbox and she explained the rules for both. I said id like both. She thsn asked for my ID which I handed her and she also said she needed another piece of Id like Gym membership. I said I do not go to a gym what else can I give as ID she did not seem to know. There was another young employee on his way to lunch who was very nicr and personable. Anyway to make a long Story short I was dissapointed by the customer service and walked out. Opted to go to the highlands ranch. Im sure the other good reviews on here are from great service at this store. I got a very unwelcome treatment. Ms Sparkles

Excellent Service!! I had to ship several Highly expensive fragile items. I do not live in Denver so i flew in loaded up what i needed to ship then looked for places near me to get the job done.  FedEx was very unhelpful so i decided to drive down to the UPS store and see if they could help me out. From the moment i walked in Sandy was very friendly and helped me in every way she possibly could. I explained what i needed shipped via freight and she communicated with the owner Eric to take care of all the needs i had. Instead of having me take all the stuff back to the storage place they allowed me to leave it there so i wouldn't miss my plane the next day!!! I had several large items so it filled up a lot of the free space they had in the store just so i would be able to get out of Denver on time. They went above and beyond for me and my company. They also allowed me to call in with the address for the material to be delivered too because at the time i wasn't sure. They went out of their way when the didn't have to and i am highly appreciative of that.   I have highly recommended them to my team whenever we have urgent needs shipping things out of Denver. A+++++ customer service and an A++++++ Owner of the establishment.

Lazy, worthless boy, working tonight ignores my wife with a heavy box..will not open the door for her, will not acknowledge she is there, so an old lady stopped and helped.  Cant even take the box from her, and has attitude?     Go work at Taco Bell, as that's where you belong.

Eric and his team has always pulled out all the stops and my project seems as I am the only customer.  Great people, great value, GREAT PRODUCTS!  I live and work in Parker Co and I trust Eric and his team to get my jobs done...On Time Every Time.   Thank you Eric for taking care of my small business.  And he helps with all of my non-profit work too.  Best wishes for you, your store and many blessings to your family because of the quality of work you do!!

They charged me $2 to print a UPS label that was going to be used to ship my package through UPS. This store is completely out of touch with customer service. The FedEx store never charges me to print a FedEx label. This is why I really try to avoid UPS stores and shipping with UPS.
