I never been so upset at this magnitud with this location it’s holidays and Peggy the manager not a very nice lady. I asked if it’s an ups store she told me is not an ups store and which online when you are looking for an ups store this particular store pulls up. It’s holidays and I order gifts and one was send to this location for me to pick it up physically. Once I receive the alert that Peggy had received my package promptly I called the store to make sure my item had arrived she was super unclear about my item arriving to the store didn’t give me assurance since she was mentioned as the receiver of my package. I was sure that it was at the store and I arrived to the store at 4:30 pm and she looked at the label and tells me that it was picked up at 12:33 pm which now I have an unhappy receiver and she was really rude at that. And now my package is lost and please this the worst location for ups and she doesn’t assume her responsibility on given the wrong person my delivery. If you could give negative 5 I would. It doesn’t deserve a star in my book. How could you not check the ID. Peggy scream at me to get out the store when I ask if there is any cámara and if she checked the person’s ID for the name and the address or anything and she couldn’t respond to my request know those information. I am very disappointed on how I was treated as hard working person just wanting to give a joyful holidays to my loved one this is very disappointing to know that people in charge of a place how careless she can be with other people’s things when she is paid to do a simple task to make sure they received their package. She seem like she’s not happy working for UPS so what is she doing at that job.
I went to inquiry about a package that I dropped about a week ago. According to this world class mean lady I have to call or go to ups store because UPS and the “the ups store are not the same.. Yeah, right. Both have the same logo and branding and same software same packaging but they can’t help you if you’re UPS customer. They are independently owned and operated by licensed franchisees of The UPS Store, Inc., a subsidiary of UPS but they refuse to help any customers from UPS..! Please someone should inquiry from UPS store that what’s going on here.. Thank you
I went here to return some items and the older lady at the front told me she couldn’t make me a new shipping label…. It was very frustrating considering I knew they could. She was just being lazy and not want to do her job. I called the lee summit store and told them about what was going on and the manager told me they are able to print new shipping labels. I thought she was being racist at first but after reading the reviews that’s just how she is with everyone and it’s sad ups isn’t doing anything about her rude customer service. No one should be treated the way she treats people.
This lady is so rude. And it's seriously everytime I go in here. I just decided to let her know that she was rude and impatient, that this was not the first time, or second or third even. She proceeds to tell me to leave her store, mind you there were no curse words...just simply stating the truth. She expected me to leave without giving me the transaction slip for the one item she took. FYI she appears to be affiliated and or the owner, so that's just added into the horrid service. But I'm clearly from the ratings not the only person who feels as such.
Pathetic customer service. I arrived 2 minutes before closing for a quick quick Amazon drop-off and the lazy customer service rep said "we're closed; come back tomorrow." I was inside. They were not closed yet. The USPS would have assisted me.
The absolute worst UPS experience I've ever had in my 33 years of life. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will definitely never waste my time again on this horrible place!
My wife went in to have a Couple documents notorized. The notary was very pretentious, snotty and rude to her. There is no reason for anyone to treat a customer like that. I'm sure he puts his pants on one leg at a time like anyone else. This store won't get our business again

Rudest UPS cashier I’ve encountered in a long time. Drive an extra 10 minutes so you don’t have to get horrible service from workers who hate their life. Peggy specifically was incredibly rude and unprofessional
If you need employment documents notarized, please choose another UPS location or visit your bank. The people behind the counter at this location lack people skills.
