Big fat white gut needs his ears checked. Just came to deliver some mail and told him good morning and he kept walking, had to say excuse me a couple times and finally he looks back and acknowledges me. Tell him I’ve had some mail in there for weeks and need him to pick it up and says leave it out and we’ll come get it in the morning, you can’t come get it now??? So I took it out and yelled at him cause he wouldn’t stop walking and asked “out like this?” But im afraid the mail will fly out. And he responds yes and with that volume & distance difference, I can confirm he was ignoring me the first few times. Miss having nice mail people deliver. Fire him!!
Raytown is a legit station. Yes, probably a line in the lobby...but the clerks are very helpful and effient. The letter carriers faithfully get the mail out to Raytown despited staffing shortages, delays, and injuries. This is a homie station.
I couldn't believe what an amazing experience I had! I walked in with a computer cord that I had no clue how to ship. She made me feel so validated through my anxiety around not having experience with shipping. She was patient and knowledgeable. I hope that if I ever need to ship again, I get Darian! Great Customer service isn't common these days. She rocked it!
The young lady at the counter would not ship books media mail because she thought the package was too big it was well under size restrictions. She refused to measure it she did not have a measuring device why don't they have rulers taped to the counter told me I could go wait in line again to measure. She attempted to over charge for the packages I was trying to ship priority almost $20 for regular priority mail on a 9x12x1 package under 1lb I took my packages to Lee's Summit and everything everything rung up fine there. $20 package shipped for $9.
Contantly having late mail. Bills arrive with few days left to pay them because the bill has shown up so late. The title for my truck was sent by certified mail and did not show up and there has been no notice that they had it at the post office for me so now it has been sent back and i have no way to get it. What a waste of money to try to send mail with little hope of it getting to it's destination.
Just the worst!!!! Like if it’s cloudy outside don’t expect to get your mail for 2 days cause they not working even though you have tracking that’s says your package is out for delivery on the 18th at 8:34am… but hold up, nope!!! All of a sudden on the the 19th! You check and now it’s will be delivered on the 21st!!!!! By 9:pm!!!! I’m done, put up with this for a year it’s time for a P.O. Box somewhere else.
This place has the most rudest agents working there. Never did I felt so unappreciated and value as a customer.
We traveled out of town last week ,so turned in the form to hold mail until return Aug 17, all held mail to be delivered Aug 17. Only one day of mail delived so drove to PO. My held mail was not there per elderly mail clerk, who said my driver already left. Waited another day but still no held mail delivered. Where are my meds and mail? Not acceptable. Lazy or just incomptent?
This location continues to drop my packages off at the wrong address and never try and resolve the issue. I’m always told they will go get the item at the address it was dropped off at and call me, we’ll they never call me back. This should be illegal. How can you allow your mail carriers to deliver packages to the wrong address and the post office not be held accountable. They leave you to deal with the issue when it’s their mistake. Customers are losing money, items and have to take the time out trying to get a refund. What are your workers doing with packages?? I went to the address they told me one of my packages was dropped off at at the elderly lady told me it was never dropped off there and I believe her. She was such a sweet lady. This is in sane get it together people!!!
My frequent visits have always been met with only above-average, friendly, efficient customer service. Most recently, I was sending a priority mail package. The employee closed her line briefly to walk my package to a truck which was departing so that it would arrive in one day rather than the guaranteed second day. Be aware, at closing, they lock bthe door at exactly 5 pm no matter if you're steps away. There is a postage vend that takes no cash, only plastic.
