I highly recommend this UPS location it has A+ customer service. One associate in particular, Aron, went above and beyond. He knows his job very well and had no issue packaging my heavy odd size items. He ensured everything was carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. What was really impressive, while we are in these unusual times, I was completely blown away by Aron's customer skills. You just don't see it much anymore, it was a breath of fresh air. Great job Aron, you have a bright future ahead of you!

The staff at this location is amazing. Aaron went out of his way to help me with a difficult shipping order. I had multiple packages to multiple locations. He made sure I got the best deal for my money. While Aaron was making sure everything was perfect, we were all laughing and talking about the music playing and how old we felt. During this tough time in our country, it was certainly nice to experience some fun while out shopping and running errands! Thank you!

Not sure if this E-file.  This is the address that's on E-file from the email sent to me from E-File..If not sorry for the review... E-file wasn't forth coming of line about the fee for the tax service. they advertise for free but I was charged a fee and the site wouldn't allow me to apply a discount code.  Spoke with a representative and she wouldn't accept the discount code..Very unsatisfied customer!!

Candace was so helpful for me today… She went out of her way to make sure that my package was shipped properly. I can’t tell you often enough how really sweet she was…… UPS has a Lotta good people working there,but Candace really stands out.

I use this location to ship video production kits back to Atlanta.  As always Brett's staff is on top of things and always welcoming On my last visit they were extremely busy with the Christmas gift rush.  They know I come in with  prepaid labels, and took 15 seconds to process my kit and send me on my way, while waiting for other customers to process thru the system.  If only everyone approached customer service in this manner. One of the other businesses in this same strip could learn a lot by observing how Brett and his staff handle customers.

I came in like crazy person having no ide what I am doing and the staff were all really friendly and patient.  Erica  spelling? Was the woman who helped me and she was amazing! I will absolutely ship with them whenever I need 5o send something.

The employees are always most helpful and friendly.  I enjoy going to the PV UPS store.  They do all of my color printing projects - booklets, flyers, pictures - in a very professional manner.

I didn't realize what time the store closed and the young man sorry! didn't catch his name but he was tall and had blondish hair stayed late to make sure I got everything printed for a meeting I had on Monday. Very appreciative!

Horrible store, tries charge you $$ for boxes when returning Amazon products to make money!  Instructions clearly said no boxing or packaging necessary.  Poorly managed, go somewhere else.

My name is Lisa and Andre helped me with my packages. Awesome customer service, he was friendly and helpful with good energy. I'm using this UPS store from now on!!
