I have to stop going there because they don’t listen to their customers feedback. If you tell them you want product “x” they’ll try to sell you product “z”. If you say you only need 1 bottle of something they try to pressure-sell you to buy 2 or 3. Instead of letting the customer be right they try to haggle and go to great lengths to prove the customer is always wrong and they always know what you “need” spoiler alert: it’s usually the Vitamin Shoppe brand they try to ram down your throat. This just wastes the customers time and patience. Wasting someone’s time instead of helping them get what they want is the pinnacle of disrespect. P.S. Respecting the personal space of your customers might be a good idea as well. Just sayin.
Great deals on assorted items at this location, wish there was another location in Haslett/Okemos or East Lansing. Anyone looking to purchase a franchise, This is your chance. I would be your number one customer!
Two very professional and knowledgeable! employees helped me yesterday. This was my first time shopping at The Vitamin Shoppe and I have to say I was impressed. They even informed me of a sale they were having which I was unaware of. They easily could have said nothing and I would have been out on a good deal. Thank You!
I am an extremely consistent customer at this Vitamin Shoppe. I spend a lot of money here. I'm giving a 5 star review for how consistently awesome AJ is at his job. He's knowledgeable, professional, and always cares about the customer. He has been able to clear up any issue I've ever had when ordering online, price matching, or letting me know the best deals going on at the store when I come in. He is someone I would want managing or working for me. The Vitamin Shoppe isn't cheap, and AJ being a staple at this store is a huge reason why I keep coming back and continue to spend a lot of money here. Customer service matters. I hope he is recognized for his work by new management, because I have not experienced the same level of professionalism or customer appreciation with the new manager.
I went in there to find something a friend recommended to me for cramps but I couldn't remember. So I texted my friend the name of it and by the time we left there we were already . I will go there next week when we are on that side of town again. I mean the sales lady was very friendly and helpful when we walked in and I told her what I was looking for and she handed me a tube for cramps but that wasn't it. But I thanked her. I have the name of it now and I will go back next week and get it. My friend said it works great for cramps, cause I get them real bad at . Hopefully my next post will be more helpful and kinder with a higher rating. Enjoy your day :-.
Manager Diane was extremely rude and aggressive when trying to resolve an issue. Would not honor policy that was stated online for returns. Will be getting supplies elsewhere and referring clients elsewhere as well.
Morgan was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and provided excellent customer service! In an age that seems to have forgotten about the importance of service, it is refreshing to experience such top notch customer care and I just had to write a review! I was very happy to have made a visit to this shop rather than just ordering online, as I would have missed out on Morgan’s expertise and solid recommendations, which are working very well for me. I will be going back for more of her help!
Every time I have shopped here, I always buy more than anticipated but that's not a bad thing! The sales associates here are so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Even if they don't know certain things about a product, they'll admit it and wont give you wrong information, just to sell the product.
Always liked how friendly and helpful people there were, without being intrusive. Vitamin Shoppe is waaay better to buy supplements from than GNC. It's not douchey, employees don't get in your face and try to sell you expensive things or look down on you about how much you know. Also, they always have deals going on, especially on clearance.
Came here knowing what I wanted to buy and was able to find it quickly with the help of staff ! It can be overwhelming in this store so I was pleased with my visit here...would come back!
