I had the pleasure of meeting Nikki the store manager. Im on my feet a lot at work. I explained this to her and she took her time explaining what type of shoe that would work for me. She was patient and very helpful! She made me feel like she genuinely wanted me to be please with the product I purchased. Thanks to Nikki, I will be back!

I've been here so many times, the staff recognizes my spouse and me. That says a lot about the consistency of the primary staff here! Service is friendly, attentive and patient. One reason for our from my perspective frequent visits is the drop off of unworn online order "returns". It is a straightforward process and they make it painless.

Bought shoes here that the sales lady said I could wear to work at a construction job 3 weeks later they were ruined and falling apart and they would not give me any money back because they “were only meant to be worn around the house” after she reassured me they were exactly what I was looking for.
