horrible service. the girl with the brassy short curly hair made my boyfriend so uncomfortable by touching him multiple times and holding up shorts to his waist which is such a violation of personal space. she wouldn’t stop following us around the store. i work in sales so i totally get catering towards your customer but this was beyond inappropriate. our little girl was the first one to notice which says a lot that a 12 year old can pick up on an adults inappropriate behavior. we were all so uncomfortable we agreed to leave and not buy anything at all… please tell your employees not to touch people. so weird

Got Jack Skellington Vans!! Kid loves them. They are pretty spiffy. Sales associates were very helpful and kind. The store is clean and well organized. Oh, we got the cool reusable bag! Can you see little zero there?

It was a young lady name Madi there walked right pass me and went to someone else looked me in my face and walked off a nice young man name Matt helped me out but I didn’t know racism still exists! She need to be reported

Live this place! A little small, but I like it good customer service. Young lady named Shanda helped us with our purchase. Very nice and funny lady! I'll be back!

Don't shop here as much as u used too years ago due to their pricing. But no hate they have cute things just a little expensive for the brand. i will settle for their outlet when i purchase shoes.. but to each its own! However vans are a cute casual shoe for me now not a everyday so i still keep them in my pocket as a go to

There staff is AMAZING! Some of the most helpful and friendliest clerks in retail. They'll go out of their way to check the backroom, online or suggest other stores that might carry the Vans you're looking for. Love these guys.

I brought a pair of casual vans from the store to skate in, but the sole started to split slowly but surely in less than a month of buying them. so i called the store, someone picked up the phone and i explained and they said let me talk to my manager. it slowly went from static to no static to them hanging up and after calling back multiple times, they never picked up.

Love this store! Always find what I need and want. A very nice and helpful lady named Shanda at the Patrick Henry Mall location made the experience even greater.
