The Well is a University of Southern Maine hub for educational resources, advocacy, and programs about many wellness-related topics.
The Well at USM is a resource center dedicated to helping members of the USM community. We help connect students with resources on and off campus that can meet their needs. The Well is also dedicated to developing and increasing student awareness of every aspect of wellness. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. Wellness is a holistic concept involving financial, sexual, physical, spiritual, cultural, emotional, intellectual and social dimensions. COME CHECK US OUT!
