On Dec. 21st, as I was coming out a door from the elevator area and I didn't estimate the step right or know there was a step at all until I opened the door ,and fell and broke my kneecap. So I can't give it a good rating at all.
Good location in town and not expensive. Quite an odd layout for a garage, people get very confused on which lanes are in or out, and most miss that there are two lanes for getting tickets on entry and two gates for exit. No much room for in the spaces for SUV's and ramps between levels are pretty tight curves for bigger vehicles. It could use a serious cleaning and the elevators are tiny.
I feel silly for rating a parking garage but this one is great! Saved me so much money over my three day weekend - $6 per night instead of $30 at the hotel weekend rate. I'm particular with my car and this garage has relatively spacious spots and plenty of room to maneuver. I was able to find a corner space on a mostly empty level so I didn't need to worry about dings and bumps. Also, there was an attendant 24/7 so I feel that the garage was secure.
I don't like the complicated new pricing. It costs $36 for an overnight stay. e.g. $18 for over 4 hours on the first day which ends at 5am so they add on another $18 for over 4 hours the next day, totalling $36.
Don’t park here unless you want the parking attendants to explicitly swear at you for no reason.
This garage is a bit of a pain in the ass to navigate and drive in. The parking was great, but my experience was on a weekend not a normal day. The garage didn't have any garbage or debris on the ground what I observed. I didn't have any interaction with the staff so, I can't comment on that at all. It is a convenient location to anywhere downtown, which is a great selling point. I would recommend this place as somewhere to park when visiting Downtown Pittsburgh.
Great parking garage to access market square. Its just a short walk away! Price was $6
I love this garage, because it has free Chargepoint car charging. You still have to pay to park, of course.
