Matthew Osborne (Matt) is the founder and sole proprietor of Three Lions Health & Fitness based in New Canaan, Connecticut. Matt is a Masters educated, nationally certified health & fitness trainer with over a decade of professional experience helping motivated individuals work towards and achieve their health & fitness goals. Matt's individualized programs are built around sound principles of exercise science and behavior change, where he blends a unique combination of exercise, nutrition, and regenerative behaviors to create a safe and effective strategy for clients of all ages and ability levels.
Matt, who originally hails from the United Kingdom, is a former professional and NCAA Division 1 full-scholarship soccer player. Matt currently resides in New Canaan, Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
The mission of Three Lions Health & Fitness is to provide its clients with safe and effective health and fitness prescriptions to meet their specific goals and needs. All individualized prescriptions designed by Three Lions Health & Fitness will be founded on sound principles of exercise science and behavior change in order to maximize outcome longevity.
