Imaging Center. You enter lobby staring at sign that says "Check In Here." No one at station. Guy sitting behind other computer looks at you, says nothing. Asked him, do I check in here? Noticed he's 'uniformed.' Says, "No, over there" very nasty, "You check inside the door to left." Like it bothered him to talk to me! -1 star for him. [Excuse me for bothering you!] Lady 'in there' was not especially friendly or welcoming either. Seemed angry at computer. [I get angry at mine too.] Took my 'referral, asked do you have appointment, said, "No, they said it was walk in.", she said, "Hurummp!" And, attacked computer again. Finally told me to be seated. Never smiled or said anything to make you feel welcome. WTH: You are just a customer! 2 stars maybe. Then! Gal came to get me for X-rays. Very professional, warm, nice. Took half dozen or more, explained what each was 'looking' at, was gentle when positioning me, & just outstanding service! 5 stars for her. Once you get in & past front staff, just wonderful. But, entry sign confusion, and administrative folks make me think next time I'll go elsewhere.
I am just passing through this area and found TimberRidge through my medicare provider. My call was answered immediately, I was given an appoinment within a reasonable period of time, my appointment was confirmed the day before and I was in and out in no time. The front office staff was professional, and the X-ray technician, Sue was personable, professional and skilled. At my previous imaging center out of state I would often be there for hours, which is emotionally draining when you are waiting to be told the outcome of your mammogram. I will definitely use this center again if I am in the area and in need of their services.
This location has a big problem with communication with the scheduling department. This morning at 7.32 am I scheduled an appointment for 4 o'clock today. When I arrived I was told the appointment was for next Monday the 12th.What's is happening with this center? Why so much incompetent?
When they screw up your appointment but are oh so happy to reschedule you for the one they accidentally cancelled but neglected to let you know. Left work early, lost time but oops we are sorry
Slyvia is absolutely horrible !! Arguing with patients ...when I called and made the apt i specifically asked if I needed to bring anything and they said no well she was arguing with me about needing to scan insurance cards when they have it on file !!! Absolutely switching imaging centers due to the complete rudeness from the staff and lack of communication on their end along with the wait time is always 2hrs plus .
Cannot say enough about the my experience during my mammogram and dexa scan. Thoroughly efficient from check in and throughout both procedures. Check in gal and both technicians were very friendly and didn't make you feel like just another number. Thanks to all three of you.

My doctor sent me there yesterday morning for STAT X-rays to make sure I don’t have rib fractures. Here it is the next day and they have not been read. This is completely irresponsible of them and borderline negligent.
My 4 year old, non-verbal, autistic child needed to have xrays recently. I was apprehensive going in as I knew this would be a difficult procedure for everyone. Jessica took such excellent care of us! She was patient, kind, and totally understanding! She came to us with a "can do" attitude and really put my mind at ease. We got through the images quickly without any issue! Thank you so much for all your help!
I had a CAT scan and a mammogram here recently and I was impressed with both techs. Did not have to wait and as a nurse I must say that the radiologist does a great job reading the x-rays.
