Very disappointed that I couldn’t purchase a broken mug; I didn’t need a discount but had asked anyway along with some broken hair clips and the cashier told me I could get the discount on the hair clips but not the mug and I couldn’t purchase it because “it could hurt me”. I kept insisting I wouldn’t complain that they sold me a broken mug and I said if I hadn’t pointed the damage out I would’ve been able to buy it without anyone noticing the damage. Also the broken hair clip was sharper compared to the damage on the mug and yet they allowed me to purchase that. It didn’t make any sense and was just very strange. I hope this store or the company changes this policy because it’s really stupid.
T.J.Maxx &HomeGoods is where shoppers indulge in a shopping fantasy; the place has clothing, accessories, makeup, skin care, furniture , kitchen accessories, spices, and nifty foods under one roof.
Awesome museum. I was unable to purchase anything as the gift shop has a perpetual 60-person line.
I had a fantastic shopping experience at this department store! The store's ambiance is welcoming and modern, and the layout is well-designed. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to provide personalized assistance. The product range was impressive, with a variety of options in every department. The checkout process was quick and hassle-free. I will definitely be returning to this store for all my future shopping needs!
That is horrible place to buy something. I bought there a blouse and I wanted to refund it with receipt and tjmax tag, but they said "We didn't have this item". What did I do? Did I place the tag on purpose?. İt was a shame. They were not friendly. I left the blouse to cashier and I will never go again. Such a bad place to buy anything....
Love this TJ Maxx location. The store is big and they have a ton of selection. I just bought a beautiful set of utensils to replace the set I've had for a decade. The lines move pretty fast here since they're always well-staffed. They have a ton of Halloween stuff now too, so I'll be going back soon.
I was on hold for 37minutes to see if they had an item. 10 minutes in I decided to just drive there but stayed on the phone. 3 times times while I was on hold a different person picked up the phone to see what I needed. I got to the store and walked around for a while and someone came up to help me. I showed him I was on hold with the store. He kind of tried to help and then walked away.
It’s a TJ Maxx home goods so you know what you’re getting. Eclectic selection of stuff so often times I’ll go in for a laundry hamper and end up with a roulette table. They don’t really have their line process under control so can take 30 minutes or more to get through it on busy days, but overall I like the products they carry.
I love the Runway section in this store. I found several things I liked, but I ended up leaving without buying anything because the line to check out was ridiculously long
Love the idea of having both tjmaxx and homegoods in one store. Lines are long though every time I visit. Hope they have one line exclusively for returns.
