I recently visited Ulta Beauty for a pampering session, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped inside the salon, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. I had the pleasure of getting a haircut and color, and I was blown away by the results. The hairstylist took the time to listen to my desired look and offered valuable suggestions. They showcased excellent precision and creativity, leaving me with a hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. The color was beautifully blended, and I received numerous compliments on my new hair!.

I am usually a good comment person. However, I got the worse experience at this Ultra store. I just spent more than half of an hour to talk to customer service, to figure out what was happening. I did a return and before I left with my frds, I asked the cashier that am I getting my money back from the original payment method? The cashier said YES. And I haven't received my money back after like almost two weeks. I called and then I was told the refund process didn't get through... and I need to drive up there again to get the refund which absolutely should be done by the store side on that day. I have to find a day, driving far, to get what I suppose to have. If I didn't check my payment record, I wouldn't notice they DID NOT do the return!! That's awful and I didn't even get a sorry.

This is the best experience I had at an ulta store! I walked in just in sweats and not very dressed up since I've been having a hard time with the passing of a family member. I had run out of foundation and want to feel better about myself. Right away Jordan greeted me and asked if I needed a color match and help finding anything and I said yes. He had his coworker Matthew sit me down and prep my skin and used some new skincare products that made me feel 100% better! Thank you both for your kindness and making my skin and my day so much better!!

I don't know anything about these stores. came in, saw what I thought was a Russian WW1 hand grenade, turned out to be a hair dryer. Then used some hand soap which I thought was hand sanitizer. Besides that got my mom a birthday gift. Hopefully I got the right thing.

I shop here for my step daughter and I wouldn’t have a clue where to find what she’s asked for, so I am thankful when I find a crew member to help me. The store is fragrant and well cooled. I recommend the rewards program because you get coupons all of the time.

The Hispanic security guard today was following me to the hair tools section after I was at the register asking the worker how to look up a foundation shade I purchased previously on the app. Really?

A lot of varieties that you may not find it in other shops Your wife , daughter or GF will love it

Went in for a specialized shampoo and ended up signing for their credit card at the same time.  Look at this great free gift they gave me. Everyone was so helpful. Nice store to shop at.

Just came from there. I normally have a pleasant time at this location, but I did not like that one of the managers had a little attitude when a coworker was asking her a question involving my situation. The manager who was working at the registers today at 7:30pm needs to really consider a course or 2 in customer service.

Very rude management and customer service!! Manager knew they were carrying a defective product and did not care. She allowed us to purchase the item and said she was going to keep it on store shelves, even though all of them were broken!! Very disappointed and will be avoiding Ulta in the future after this off-putting interaction! Definitely going to be shopping at other beauty stores from now on.
