Wonderful experience working with Natalie Lenahan at Furnitureland South! Found beautiful pieces for our new home and would definitely recommend choosing a design consultant to help guide you. There is so much to choose from and it helps navigate such an enormous space! Very pleased with my decision to travel to NC to shop.
We had the best experience purchasing our sofa from Furnitureland South. The showrooms are full of beautiful selections in a wide range of prices and styles. Cornelia was our sales associate, and she was so patient throughout the entire process. The delivery was timely and smooth, and our new sofa is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Furnitureland South for anyone in the market for furniture. You won’t be disappointed!
It was good until it wasn’t. 15 months to receive a living room couch. Ottoman is wrong and told them 4 months prior it is wrong. They told me 2 more months to replace but I get a $400 gift card to use at their store. Sales lady definitely doesn’t like being wrong and is very defensive. I spent a lot of money here because my interior designer recommended.
Throughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Furnitureland South! Could spend hours here and I did! I mostly stayed to the outlet but was able to find a unique and modern dining table and chairs. They have quite the range of styles and I was happy with the selection. Already planning my trip back!
Jayson Parker is absolutely the BEST! He is the ultimate designer/salesman. Jayson brings a staggering wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. He has a very friendly personality but without being overbearing. Very professional and always on top of everything, he continually delivers outstanding results. Thank you for having such a wonderful member of your team.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Back in the day they were a great company to shop with, service and follow up was great. Now, you can not get anyone to call you back and no one follows up to see how your experience was or if you are satisfied with what you bought. Back in May we bought 4 counter stools that were delivered yesterday and by the way, getting them delivered was painful in itself and another story! These stools are supposed to be 24" and they are and inch short. When I sit at the counter it come up to my chest! I have called and spoke to 4 customer service people, two who have passed me on to an extension that clicks and hangs up, another to a voicemail that I left 3 hours ago and finally some who said sometime today they "may" get back to me! SO SO FRUSTRATING!!
Our salesperson, Cindy was phenomenal. She walked us through the entire location, answered all our question, gave us great ideas, and made our custom orders turn out exactly how we wanted. Tracy in shipping is lovely to work with. Pricing-wise, I don't think we found any bargains. But the selection was massive and they carry and customize quality furniture. Delivery was easy and the guys were great. Overall, we're happy with our experience. I did however expect to find more competitive pricing. Price is the reason for not giving them the full 5 stars.
My experience and visit to Furniture land South was awesome. So many choices to consider. My representative Alexis was fabulous. She assisted us every step of the process with our bedroom furniture purchase. This trip is a must if you are looking to purchase anything new for your home. Happy Customers
The store and inventory is amazing. Everyone, particularly Christine Johnson, were helpful in so many ways. I never felt rushed to make a decision and Christine often made suggestions that were right on. By the end of the process, I felt that she knew me better than I knew myself. Hats off to the cleaning staff as well. Imagine keeping a million square foot house in tip top shape! Thanks for a wonderful experience.
When we first walked into Furnitureland we were so excited yet nervous at the same time but quickly knew we were in great hands with Anne Harris our designer /sales person as soon as she sat us down and came prepared with our house layouts and room dimensions in her folder that had our names written on it!!! We talked, emailed and texted Anne before our scheduled appointment after getting a recommendation from a friend. We loved the hands on service and attention we were given in the 2 1/2 days we spent in the showroom. We picked out fabrics and were able to bring the rug sample with us to confirm the match of the other items we were looking for. A++ for Anne for her knowledge, patience, expertise and style. We would recommend Anne and Furnitureland in a second. Thank you for everything! We love everything!!
