Great place for families and enjoy with friends and have fun!
I mean it suppose to be “Family Environment Park” some of the staff in this park really don’t have value in doing the right thing for their customers.. I get it there is no refund or what not but come on I took my 3 young kids, new born and my wife and arrived at 1:30pm spend about 100 dollars to enter. Then by 1:50pm we found a table settle our stuff down and the. Spend money on the food for lunch and 3 wrist band for the kids at 15 dollars each that they did not used. By 2pm it started raining. I’m currently still here and the rain it’s not stopping 3:30pm . I asked if I could come another day since we have not gotten in the water or anything.. ohh the older male on the golf cart was so nasty when I asked him a question .. I didn’t want my refund just wanted to see after spending almost 300 dollars in the park in 30 min and now with rain if I could come back tomorrow. But with his nasty and poor customer services I just decided to cut my losses . I would still came tomorrow and they would gotten more money out of me . but I guess they are not doing so well that they can’t even empathize with their customers. Oh well lost a valuable family.. very disappointed… there a couple of lake in the area … 2 car prior to us leaving got a refund but because they got to the park at 1:50 ten min before it rain…but I couldn’t .. that a bit racist wonder why… the elderly male in the golf cart I guess he the spoke man because he said “ you knew the weather that not our problem ” is that a fact or speculation?
The place is nice the only problem is that in the kids areas only 1 parent can be in the water with the kids Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$16–20

List why you shouldn’t go this place - Dirty water - No music allowed even small speakers - No smoking - No Hookah - No play balls in water or park - No drink’s allow only if you buy from them - they say close 6:30 pm but security guards come 1 hours before star kick people out, very disrespectful, they say if you don’t leave by 6:00pm the towing truck will take your car - The worst is the prices are so high $20 for each persone and includes only the lake. If you wanna go for the slides and other $20 per each persone and other $20 for the boats each NEVER AGAIN! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE
The place itself is pretty fun with nice waterslides and activities in the water but the price for the place is super high and you need to pay extra for the waterslides.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Super friendly lake for kids! There are a lot of slides for kids to go in. Have a lot of parking.
