A great place to bring any kid who loves to play! The park is full of toys, most of which are in need of repair. But kids don't care! They have a blast and get to try things they may not have at home. Go ahead and visit!
Fun park! A great stop when the young kid has had enough of running errands and needs to expel some energy of his own. Lots of trikes and sit on toys to play with. As well as picnic benches to have a snack/lunch at. Swings and slides are a favorite as well. Everything's a little bit dusty, but that's to be expected being it's an outdoor play area. Convenient street parking free. Seems well maintained. Everyone does their part to keep the park clean. We don't come often but when we do, always find new toys that have been donated to play with. Playground: This is a toy yard playground for the littles. Lots of toys to ride on. And trucks to push around. As well traditional playground activities like swings and slides. Picnic area: Pavilion cover over some picnic benches. More benches to be found around the park as well.
I love his park and my daughter loves it even more. They have a lot of great toys and they do clean ups every 3 months? Something like that. The playground itself is nice, same as the swings. Is really fun for the kids and even parents. Feels really safe, nice community around.
A wonderful place to bring kids between 0-10. Toys are donated from the community so they see a lot of wear and tear many broken, but that doesn't detract from the fun. Located on the outskirts of downtown Decatur, it has decent free street parking and within walking distance of a fabulous coffee shop and several restaurants. Great place to meet for a playdate.
Awesome park right near Decatur square, all toys are donated and kids have an amazing time
I absolutely love this park and my kids do too! The park has many toys, bikes, trikes, cars, etc. Plenty it items to keep the children but and entertained!
Great park for toddlers. Los of toys and park equipment. Can be a bit muddy after rain! Nice place to meet other parents
Our boys love the toy park. Huge selection of toys. Be prepared to push or pull the little one’s on any one of the cars. They do a great job of maintaining the park i.e., keeping grass cut and clearing of debris. There’s plenty of seating so it’s super convenient to sit and have a snack with the kiddos and then allow them to resume playing. Occasionally I even have time to enjoy just surfing the internet on my phone.
Wonderful park. Happen to get lucky with street parking but not sure if there is a dedicated parking area for it.
My 2.5 year old loves it here. There are lots of balls and basketball nets, and he got to experiment with scooters for the first time.
