Beautiful spot with lots of amenities! This place will spoil you. We really enjoyed the grass and pavers, no dirt onsite so you'll keep your camper clean. Beware no wood campfires though; but, the pool, showers, club houses, pickle ball courts, and ambiance more than make up for it!
TBRVR is an active adult community for higher end TVers! Clubhouses for gatherings, dinners, country breakfasts, cards, and special events! 4 Pickleball courts! Very friendly and inclusive site owners!Location: 5/5

Great RV Resort close to Traverse City with beautiful lots and friendly, helpful staff.Service: 5/5
We have stayed here previously as we have family in the area. When we received a call about a family emergency we began our journey back to this area. We called and spoke with Marsha who was able to find a site for us. Well, our family emergency become one of having to place a family member in hospice. So we had to extend our stay several times. Nikki - the manager understood and made sure all was good. Thank you to Marsha and Sandy who assisted with making those extensions. Great resort but the staff is what makes this place special, far exceeded our expectations.
Most beautiful rv resort we ever stayed at. Also second to the most expensive. Nearby activities: Lots to do in Traverse City. Scenic views of Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan near by.
Our second time at this resort and it is beautifully landscaped and the sites are all easily accessed. I would give them 5 stars if not for the issue below: The staff was very polite but lack an understanding of all-electric coaches. During our stay we experienced multiple power losses when the 50A pedestal breaker would trip well below its setpoint. When I asked staff to investigate the problem I was immediately asked how many A/C units I was running. They tried to tell me that I couldn't run three A/C units on a 50A service. I was also told that other coach owners understand this and limit their power use accordingly. I explained that no coach owner wants to be told they cannot operate their coach as it was designed, but they didn't understand. Apparently somebody has told them to deal with this problem by deflecting the issue away from the campground power being the issue. All they had to do was replace an obviously failing breaker and we would have had no problems as the voltages I observed were never below 112V and i was never drawing more than about 38 amps per leg.
The front office was awesome! Genuinely happy to see you. They called to let me know my package arrived. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The spots are large with a fhu and cement pad. Lots of grass. We did not use any of the amenities. Definitely worth the money
Thus is a very clean and well maintained rv resort! Easy check in, staff and manager were fantastic and everyone that was staying there was very friendly! Close to traverse city, Leelanau peninsula and old mission point. We will be back!
